    Sr Patient Engage Specialist

    Job responsibilities

    •  Manages the development, preparation, approval and distribution of materials relating to Patient Engagement tactics from sponsor contracting through to closure of Patient Engagement activities.
    •  Responsible for tracking and reporting of program metrics and management of all recruitment campaigns.
    •  Collaborates with study team to define and lead site level activities, including, but not limited to following up with site staff to obtain metrics via applicable systems plus independently resolve any site issues that arise. 
    •  Acts as main POC for Patient Engagement, communicating with client to provide timely project updates and project related fiscal information. May collaborate with contracts and proposals development, project management, and clinical management to achieve contractual and financial project goals within specified timelines and high quality.
    •  Conduct initial development of the Patient Engagement Plan and takes responsibility for maintaining all subsequent updates as per scope of work plus identify risks and recommend contingencies per indication.
    •  Proactive planning and submission of all patient recruitment materials to Regulatory/Ethics Committee/Ministry of Health and approvals with the regulatory leads for national and global studies.  Ensures accurate documentation of approved material versions are acquired prior to proceeding with next steps of the development process.
    •  Trains external vendor teams on project/protocol specific requirements so these teams can provide adequate support and coverage to projects.
    •  Manage project within contracted direct/indirect budgets and timeline ensuring any out of scope activities are not initiated prior to being documented via budget update, communicated to the project management team and approved by the sponsor.  Makes recommendations to assist with PE related change orders for assigned projects.
    •  Contributes to change initiatives across and within the Site & Patient Access Business Unit.

    Patient Engagement Specialist

    Job responsibilities

    •  Assists PE Lead in the development, preparation, approval and distribution of materials relating to Patient Engagement tactics from initial concept through to closure of Patient Engagement activities.
    •  Assists PE Leads with the initial set-up and ongoing management of all tracking tools and assumes responsibility for ensuring all tracking systems are appropriately updated.
    •  Collaborates with the study team to ensure all Patient Engagement tactics are approved prior to distribution and appropriately utilized by study staff.
    •  Requires occasional communication with client, project manager, project team, and study sites to address and resolve issues with projects.
    •  Assists with initial development of the Patient Engagement Plan and takes responsibility for maintaining all subsequent updates as per scope of work, when suitably trained.
    •  Coordinates all patient recruitment materials regulatory/Ethics Committee/Ministry of Health submissions and approvals with the regulatory leads for national and global studies.
    •  Manages selected vendor partners in accordance with awarded indirect budget and escalates issues to PE Lead as needed.
    •  Provides input to PE Lead to assist with PE related change orders for assigned projects ensuring any out of scope activities are escalated to PE Lead prior to implementing.

    Patient Engagement Lead

    Job responsibilities

    •    Leads the development, preparation, approval and distribution of materials relating to Patient Engagement tactics from sponsor contracting through to closure of Patient Engagement activities.  .
    •    Leads the discussion and collaborates with study specific functional area leads to identify and evaluate fundamental issues pertaining to successful patient enrollment.  Interpret data to make sound and justifiable business decisions and ensure solutions are documented and agreed.   
    •    Collaborates with study team to define and lead community outreach activities, including, but not limited to advocacy group liaison, attendance at local chapter events.  
    •    Acts as main POC and SME for Patient Engagement, communicating with client to provide timely project updates and project related fiscal information. Collaborates with contracts and proposals development, project management, and clinical management to achieve contractual and financial project goals within specified timelines and high quality.
    •    Develops initial PEP (Patient Engagement Plan)or reviews and provide feedback of first draft Patient Engagement Plan developed by assigned Patient Engagement Specialist (PES).. Takes responsibility for periodic review of all subsequent updates as per scope of work.
    •    Proactively identify the most appropriate vendor solution for the study and indication and per protocol specifics.  Ensure vendor is qualified and contracted per Syneos Health SOPs/Wis and is loaded into applicable finance systems.  Identify and independently resolve vendor related issues with LM notification. Provide updates regarding vendor issues during both regional and Global team calls.
    •    Ensures all project deliverables meet customer expectations including contracted deliverables, provision of accurate projections, reports and updates, together with ongoing risk assessment and proactive mitigation strategies. Completes and documents scope changes.
    •    Contributes to departmental growth through internal and external business development opportunities either through support of pre-award opportunities or PE (patient engagement) consultation for existing projects already awarded to Syneos Health.
    •    Serves as a mentor and/or provides project management oversight to more junior staff.
    •    Leads or participates in change initiatives across and within the Site & Patient Access Business Unit.

    Job responsibilities

    •    Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders (e.g., BD, BU, functional, medical, finance, and proposals leads) to develop creative strategies that effectively articulate customer needs and win themes critical to generating new business awards.

    Assoc Dir, Service Management

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Associate Director, Service Management is responsible for managing enterprise processes for service readiness, inventory, and changes.  The Associate Director ensures that new services are ready for implementation, strives for a comprehensive and accurate inventory of all existing services, and processes service changes in a compliant and efficient manner.  The Service Management team reports to the Associate Director.  The Associate Director reports to the Senior Director, Business Partner & Enterprise Architecture.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    •       Manage ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for comprehensive and accurate visibility to IT environment.
    •       Work with various stakeholders and Configuration Item (CI) owners to ensure the quality of the CMDB data and all CIs are up to date.
    •       Monitor and maintain the health and accuracy of the CMDB by leveraging dashboards and driving resolution of health issues with CI owners.
    •       Conduct CMDB data quality analysis, provide recommendations to address data quality issues, and manage the implementation of approved recommendations.
    •       Recommend, design, plan, and implement automation to improve the CMDB processes.
    •       Manage CMDB roadmap and demand for issues and enhancements.
