    Reseller - Operations Team Leader

    Job Description:

    This position handles day-to-day service issues within an operation. He/She works with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing, and training. This position coordinates the needs and efforts of the operation to ensure customer satisfaction is met. He/She facilitates the smooth execution of procedures and management of systems.

    This position manages the Reseller Control Tower and Reseller customer base. He/She will need to be able to meet with customers, conduct reviews and handle/manage customer expectations and deal with senior management teams of the Reseller customer base.

    This position requires people management experience. He/She will need to manage a strict KPI set and grow the Reseller customer base.

    Account Executive - JHB

    Job Summary 

    • This position develops and manages a portfolio of assigned clients (B2B) within a specific geographical area in this sales role. 

    Responsibilities:

    •  Searches and develops potential clients to meet monthly sales targets.
    • Makes contact by telephone or email to get the initial information about the potential customer, and setting an appointment.
