Job Description
As part of this role, you will investigate queries reported by internal customers and former employees, validate engagement packs and engage new employees on the SAP system. Your daily activities will include the escalation of unresolved queries to the processing teams for remedial action and accurately verify documents in terms of the HR policies, procedures and relevant conditions of employment.
You will act as a distribution point for Global Shared Services and will be required to print pay slips IRP5’s and Retirement Fund statements for distribution to the relevant employees. This role is in the Human Resources department at a Band 8 level reporting to the Customer Engagement Supervisor.

Job Description
As a Human Resources Development Officer in Protection Services, you will be responsible to provide advice and support to the Protection Services management on all Human Resources Department related matters. You will need to identify learning and development needs and determine the most effective way of addressing these, also ensuring effective alignment and implementation of programmers and initiatives.
As part of this role, you will also ensure alignment of Protection Service personnel development with the standards, regulations and stipulations of SASSETA, PSIRA, the PFTC and the CFR in terms of Quality Assurance and accreditation by Initiating, maintaining and monitoring compliance to Service Level Agreements with external service providers. This role is in the Human Resources Development department at a C5/D1 level reporting to the Protection Service HRD Coordinator.

Job Description
As a Senior Mechanical Foreman, you will ensure compliance to operating procedures, work instructions, and to group technical standards. You will coordinate special projects and shutdowns and prioritize duties towards maintenance of equipment and services.
Your daily duties will include planning and coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly requirements and priorities with the operational team related to all planned and related work and shutdowns. As part of your role, you will liaise and communicate effectively with other Supervisors and departments to ensure coordination and collaboration.
You will monitor and inspect plant equipment, including condition monitoring which will be part of your responsibilities while you control SHEQ and report regularly on costs, targets, actuals, and objectives.
Further to the above, you will be overseeing the quality of workmanship, conducting regular inspections and planned task observations while also coaching and mentoring learners and Artisans and ensure allocation of labour resources and equipment to scheduled activities to maintain high levels of labour, equipment and operational performance standards.
As part of this role, you will oversee the quality of workmanship and conduct regular inspections around the section and the operation while making sure that the process remains operational. This role is in the Engineering department at a D1 level reporting to the Section Engineer.
