• Support the administration of the End-to-End IT Asset life-cycle management of customers. 

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Continuous updates to the status of the Hardware Assets as changes are affected 
• Assist with the population & maintenance of the Hardware database 
• Assist in internal Hardware Database verification exercises and action on exceptions 
• Assist in audit exercises to confirm asset database accuracy 
• Deliver against the Customer Specific Asset Management Processes and Procedures 
• Manage the in-scope Hardware assets in the customer environment 
• Manage IT Asset Calls logged requiring updates of the Hardware Asset Register 
• Action on Exception reporting and ensure corrective updates to the Hardware Asset database 
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports as defined to the ITAM manager 
• Action on escalations and provide prompt feedback 
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Asset database 
• Perform specific IMACDE activities ensuring data accuracy and integrity 
• Action on calls assigned and update the ITSM system 
• Attend to escalations and ensure all calls assigned are attended to 
• Perform data quality updates to ensure data integrity 
• Manage customer expectations through continuous feedback on the call status 
• Perform Periodic Stores audits and identify/correct any discrepancies 
• Assist in the implementation of the Customer specific Continual Improvement Plan as agreed to

Core Description

• Responsible and accountable for the daily activities relating to inbound and outbound stock / assets movement within the distribution centre Ensuring operational execution of the stock management process and associated controls, as defined within the Stock Management Policy

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Ensure both inbound and outbound stock movement is executed in a timely, effective and efficient manner and executed in line with governing policy standards, controls and technology and in doing so, is positioned to return maximum value to overall stock management- 
• Accurate and timely processing of outbound stock movement, both inventory and assets, across any of the following areas/locations 
• Distribution centre 
• Regional distribution centres replenishments and / or requests 
• Project office replenishments and / or requests 
• Supplier dispatch  
• Internal Assets 
• Technicians Requests 
• Ensure inventory levels are appropriately and effectively managed and duly controlled, through regular stock takes and cycle counts, to ensure inventory levels are maintained in line with acceptable standards. 
• Ensures quality assurance standards are upheld, ensuring the Distribution Centre's compliance to the Stock Management Policy and associated controls are sustained-
• Follow policy, process and technology training, guidance and support from Team Leaders. 
• Escalate unresolved / outstanding areas of concern to management.

Core Description

• Cisco Certified Network Resource, responsible for installation, maintenance, configuration, support, and service improvements in Networks within the Industrial environment. This position also requires experience in Wireless Network Solutions and Azure Cloud Infrastructure and cost management.  

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• OT network architecture: Network and Wireless network design.
• Implement: Project execution and implementation/configuration.

Client Support and Operations (SLA):

• Network monitor
• Network Support and Troubleshooting
• Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Configuration & Troubleshooting
• Other IIT support services related to above solutions

• 5 years’ experience in Network design, deployment & support
• Experience on Industrial Switches will be advantageous
