    Customer Care Representative - Northern Cape

    About the job

    Main Responsibilities Or Functions Of Job (describe Major Responsibilities.

    • Processing of customer orders received
    • Quotations to customers (same day) and follow up.
    • Actively promote & market parts sales.
    • Communicate with customers on a regular basis to ensure Customer Service Excellence and report on outstanding orders.
    • Support CTP database.
    • Work closely with sales personnel to create new sales opportunities.

    Service Technician - Mogalakwena

    Main Responsibilities

    • Provide specialized support on Epiroc machines systems including automation.
    • Carry out scheduled services and breakdown repairs on Epiroc EDS equipment.
    • Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers.
    • Coaching Epiroc and Mine employees on how to operate, troubleshoot, and repair Epiroc autonomous and other equipment systems.
    • Fault finding, performing root cause analysis, and, rectifying the issue.
    • Market and promote Field Service work and other Aftermarket services and products to customers to support the business growth of the Aftermarket Department
    • Participate in RCA initiatives to identify reoccurring failures and work together with the Product Company to find sustainable solutions.

    Junior Data Analyst

    Main Responsibilities or Functions

    • Document data and development requirements, in the detail required for development.
    • Implement data and development requirements based on gathered and prioritized requirements.

    Education and Experience

    • 1-2 years of experience of data structure design,

    Regional SC Manager AFR

    Job description
    Some of the principal responsibilities in this role are to manage and optimize transportation within the region, optimize inventory and to manage/oversee customs processing and trade compliance. You should secure and oversee warehouse management, implement, and manage the physical returns processing. You will be accountable for the full order processing and expediting process as well as the inbound supply management in the region. In addition to this the Regional Supply Chain Manager is accountable for the  management of the physical inbound flows from Global Distribution Centre (GDC) to Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) and Local Distribution Centre’s (LDC’s), to consolidate parts for shipment to other regions as part of the re-distribution process.

    Your profile

    • You have extensive previous experience operating within Supply Chain in large sized international environments.
    • You have a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with all functions for the good of Epiroc.
    • You have solid leadership skills and an established experience from Manager Positions.
    • To be successful you must have exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities as well as an openness to change and reactiveness.
    • You are well organized and focused on continuous improvement – as there is always a better way!
    • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) towards all levels of Epiroc staff as well as external stakeholders and you have excellent presentation skills.
    • You have well proven planning and execution capabilities and must be able to deliver actions and results within your own and other functions.
    • We see that you have a master’s degree and generally 10 years’ experience in related field or equivalent professional experience within Supply Chain from the Engineering, Manufacturing and Energy sector. Established knowledge of Supply Chain processes, products and capabilities is a prerequisite in this role.
    • You have previous project Management experience and solid Business Acumen as well as understanding of key financial principles.
