    Duties & Responsibilities

    Business Continuity Management

    • Assist the risk team with testing of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and updating of BCP.

    Governance    

     

    • As the BU coordinator of governance, ensure alignment and consistent application of governance-related standards, policies, procedures, and practices.
    • Facilitate collection, organising and maintaining data to support reporting and decision-making processes.
    • Provide training and awareness on governance requirements at the Business Unit.
    • Assist with implementation of improvements to governance processes appropriate for transparent reporting and disclosure.
    • Submission and quality assurance of governance reports to Governance Specialist.
    • Coordinate conflict of interest declaration and training at the Business Unit.
    • Provide guidance to the Business Unit on the application of the Delegation of Authority Framework.

    Policy Management    

     

    • Consolidation of policies to avoid inconsistencies and duplication.

    • Facilitate & coordinate risk management training at the Business Unit.
