    Marketer (Agri & Retail)

    The Role

    • As Agri & Retail Marketer, you will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing of Agri and Retail products across Hankey, Patensie, Andrieskraal, Loerie and surrounding areas. You will support customers, provide expert advice, and contribute to growing market share.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, providing technical advice and tailored solutions.
    • Good governance in all aspects of the marketing environment.
    • Drive sales through market research, product marketing, and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Ensure accurate reporting (AgriSMART & QlikView), effective administration, and logistical coordination.
    • Provide expert guidance on agri and retail products, including application and after-sales service.
    • Leverage digital tools and systems to improve processes, reporting, and overall customer experience.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 with supportive inhouse courses or NQF5 Diploma.
    • A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience.
    • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • NB: Your own transport is an inherent requirement.

    Omni Planner Specialist

     The Role

    • As Omni Planner Specialist, you will be focused on driving business improvement initiatives through process mapping, optimisation, and system enablement in the Supply Chain environment.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for system development and enhancements.
    • Lead process mapping and optimisation initiatives across Supply Chain, with a focus on Procurement, Fuel and Distribution Centre (DC) operations.
    • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and support the implementation of scalable process solutions.
    • Monitor and report on business improvement initiatives, ensuring delivery against defined objectives and timelines.
    • Facilitate alignment between Supply Chain processes and supporting systems (including ERP platforms).

    Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant Degree or Diploma.
    • A minimum of 1 year related experience.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
    • Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods.
