POSITION SUMMARY:  

• We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Analyst to join our Global Delivery Operations (GDO) team. POSITION OVERVIEW:

• The Operations Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the financial integrity and efficiency of the Professional Services team. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end billing process, including the review and analysis of monthly invoices, missed billings, and credit requests. The role requires strong financial analytical skills and a deep understanding of billing systems such as OpenAir. The Financial Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Project Managers and Practice Leaders, to resolve billing issues and ensure timely, accurate invoicing. • Collaborate with the Global Services Operations Team to review and finalise the global month-end schedule annually
• Communicate key month-end dates to the Professional Services Team
