Role Purpose
- The General Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and educational performance of schools within the Pinnacle Colleges brand. The role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure high standards of academic delivery, strong Executive Head performance, student achievement, and stakeholder engagement across the network.
- The General Manager works closely with the Managing Director, Functional Leads(brand team), Executive Heads, Heads of School, Principals and central support functions including People and Culture, Finance, IT, Facilities, Properties, and Compliance to ensure alignment between school operations and the strategic objectives, values, and vision of the brand.

Operational Excellence
- Provide oversight of day-to-day school operations, including academic delivery, student wellbeing, people practices, technology, facilities, health and safety, and compliance.

- Partner with IT and service providers to implement systems that support learning and operational effectiveness.

People and Culture Leadership

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- The Receptionist is the first internal point of face-to-face or telephonic contact for the campus and is responsible for welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the campus and directing them appropriately. The Receptionist is also responsible for ensuring that the reception area is well maintained and for co-ordinating the front-desk activities including but not limited to, distributing correspondence promptly, operating the switchboard and service desk efficiently and redirecting phone calls to the appropriate staff member or taking and delivering messages promptly when staff members are unavailable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
CAMPUS RECEPTION AND SWITCHBOARD DUTIES:
- Creates an organised front office environment (orderly systems, clean, professional and neat).

- We are seeking a passionate, skilled and dedicated isiZulu First Additional Language and Economic and Management Sciences Teacher to join our Senior Phase team. The successful candidate will teach isiZulu FAL and EMS to Grades 8 and 9 students, delivering engaging and academically rigorous lessons that strengthen language proficiency, financial literacy, entrepreneurial thinking and critical-thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality isiZulu FAL and EMS lessons for Grades 8 and 9, aligned with CAPS and school curriculum requirements.

- The Social Sciences and History Head of Subject is a leadership role focused on managing and enhancing the Social Sciences and History curriculum. The successful candidate will oversee effective teaching, learning and assessment practices to ensure strong educational outcomes for students. Experience in an IEB school environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Social Sciences and History curriculum and instructional programmes, aligned to CAPS, IEB requirements and relevant educational standards.
- Ensure that teaching, assessment and moderation practices meet IEB expectations and prepare students effectively for the IEB NSC examinations.
- Provide guidance, mentoring and support to Social Sciences and History educators in delivering high-quality instruction and assessments.
