    Administration Officer-SCM

    Requirements :

    • Grade 12 certificate with Three (3) years or more Experience in a supply chain environment in Government institution serving as a supply chain Clerk. (Service certificate will be required when shortlisted). a relevant Degree/National Diploma (NQF6) in commerce/Supply chain management or equivalent qualification will add as an added advantage. Computer literacy (MS Office).
    • Knowledge of SAP system. Problem solving, analysis, client orientation, customer focus, accountability and ethical conduct skills. Good communication skills verbally and written.
    • Willingness to travel and ability to work under pressure. Basic Knowledge of work procedures in terms of working environment. Basic Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework.
    • Experience in Supply Chain Management (Demand, Acquisition, Logistics and Warehouse management. Other Skills/Requirements: Knowledge and understanding of procurement policies and procedures, Public Finance Management Act; Framework for Supply Chain Management; Code of Conduct for Supply Chain Management Practitioners; Treasury Regulations
    • Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act; Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, Public Service Act; Public Service Regulations, Promotion of Access to Information Act; government procurement systems and processes

    Duties :

    • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures that regulate and govern Supply chain management processes. Provide an efficient supply chain management service.
    • Assist management to implement and maintain procurement systems. Check procurement requests in accordance with and in adherence to procurement policies and procedures and proper usage of supplier’s database (CSD) to achieve BBBEE targets. Ensure proper update of procurement registers for requisitions. Prepare monthly Procurement reports.
    • Check and monitor requisition captured on SRM and P – Card. Follow up with HPC for creating purchase orders. Expedite deliveries and ensure timeous capturing of GRV.
    • Ensure work - Cycle is attended daily. Monitor progress of the unit and report to management on a weekly basis. Compile submissions, motivations, and reports. Manage and answer all queries related to SCM, provide advice and guidance as and when required. Provide guidance and support to end – users. Facilitate contract management processes. Update contract management registers. Supervise and manage consumables warehouses. Ensure correctness of goods are received and timeously stock capturing.
    • Ensure stock availability and accuracy. Ensure shelves are stacked and marked correctly. Conduct cycle counts. Ensure full compliance with rules and regulations applicable to Warehouse, stock replenishment.
    • Ensure proper record management of documents. Determine greatest needs of institution addressed as the highest priorities in terms of infrastructure delivery – including both Capital and Maintenance Projects.
    • Monitor and evaluate compliance with transport and fleet management legislations. Ensure proper completion and regular scrutiny of all transport and fleet management records.
    • Assist with the implementation of transport legislation. Monitor the implementation of security measures, policies (MPSS and MISS etc.) and guidelines in the Institution. Monitor and manage the housekeeping.
    • Monitor, supervise, train, and manage PMDS of staff in the unit. respond to audit queries (internal and external) and ensure that recommendations are implemented.

    Material Recording Clerk

    Requirements :

    • Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 certificate equivalent (Standard 10, NQF Level 4, N3). Computer Literate (Ms Word Excel & Power Point).
    • No experience required. Sound knowledge of procure to pay (P2P), Supplier Relations Management(SRM), PFMA, PPPF, BBB-EE Act and Treasury Regulations, Treasury Instructions and Practice notes, Supply Chain Management Polices and all guidelines.
    • Knowledge of Stores management will be added advantage. In-depth knowledge of Financial systems, Asset Management Framework, Supply Chain Management.
    • Skills and Competencies: Planning coordination expediting, reporting, proactiveness and organizing skills: Good interpersonal relations; effective communication skills (written and verbal; Computer literacy; Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

    Duties :

    • Receive and verify goods from suppliers. Receive, verify and Issue goods for production. Update VA10 tally cards on stock received or issued. Issue goods to end users according to invoice and VA2.
    • Update VA11 tally cards on stock received and issued to end users. Adhere to three-way match when receiving goods and doing confirmation.
    • Completing and signing of RLS02 and send it to Procurement.
    • The incumbent should be flexible to be deployed, and to be rotated across all sections of Supply Chain. Perform store accounting.
    • Reconcile VA10 to tally with to tally with VA11.Be able to perform and/ or carry other lawful duties or instructions as delegated by supervisor or manager.
    • Compliance to confidentiality. Comply with the Performance Management and Development System (Contracting, reviews and final assessment) .

    Finance Controller

    Requirements :

    • Grade 12 certificate with Three (3) years or more Experience in a finance environment in Government institution serving as a Finance Clerk. a Degree/National Diploma (NQF6) in commerce/Accounting/Financial Management or equivalent qualification will add as an added advantage.

    Duties :

    • Provide proactive leadership, effective governance and risk management within the institution. Ensure risk register is available and updated. Participation in management structures for effective functioning of the Institution.
    • Improve Financial Management and outcomes for the Institution. Ensure that systems are put in place for functioning of the SCM and Finance units. Assist in development of cost-saving plan on stock issues and expenditure.
    • Establish accurate cost base for Institutional budget. Assist in Compiling MTEF Budget. Process reconciliations of transversal systems (BAS/Persal; BAS/Medsas; BAS/SAP; BAS/Receipts & deposits and Bas/Parking).
    • Ensure proper controls & systems are adhered to in the institution. Compile Management reports with regard to budget, expenditure and revenue.
    • Ensure timeous submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, check monthly financial reports for completeness, accuracy and validity, manage and supervise staff and also ensure their development and appraisal, perform any other work-related duties as may be required from time to time.

    Admin Clerk (FMU And Assests Management)

    Requirements :

    • Grade 12 or equivalent. At least 2-3 years’ experience in Asset management/FMU.
    • Knowledge of Supply Chain management will be an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of PFMA, treasury regulation SCM policies, procurement delegation and Asset Management policy.
    • Must have good leave/absence record.
    • Relevant Tertiary qualification will be added an advantage.

    Duties :

    • Administration work for Facility management unit. Coordinate FMU related projects, Receive works order, log call for maintenance, record all works orders in the recording system, accordingly, liaise with workshop on works order not attended to, handle routine inquiries, keep and maintain the filling system for FMU, record movement of documents (incoming and outgoing), compile weekly and monthly report of all call logged maintenance, Handle all the requisition for FMU.Coordinate institutional keys.
    • Render asset management clerical support. Compile and maintain records (e.g. Asset records/ databases). Conduct physical assets and update asset register. Attend to all assets internal and external audit verification process.
    • Check and issue furniture, equipment and accessories to components and individuals. Identify redundant, non-serviceable and obsolete equipment for disposal.

    Laundry Supervisor

    Requirements :

    • Abet level 4 or equivalent qualification / Grade 10 / NQF Level 2 or equivalent qualification with 3 years laundry Worker or related experience.
    • Knowledge: of working procedure in a laundry working environment.

    Tunnel Operator

    Requirements :

    • NQF Level 3 or Grade 11 or equivalent qualification with 3-5 years laundry Worker or related experience in a laundry hospital or factory setting.
    • Knowledge of a limited range of handling of laundry industrial machine operator equipment, working procedure in respect of laundry industrial machine operator working environment

    • Ensure correct water level, air pressure and steam supply, before operating the Tunnel Machine. Cleaning of tumble dryers and surrounding areas, cleaning, loading and monitor conveyer belt.
    • Loading of soil linen. Maintain loading scale. Monitor of the clean linen and release from dryers and deliver to next working point. Unblocking of tunnel washer. Be responsible for all allocated resources.
    • Constant supervision of performance of pumps, sensors, conveyor belts, monitoring screens and steam supply. supplying of detergents and liquid soap to the tunnel washer. Completion of work orders, reporting of any disturbance or malfunction of tunnel machine.

    Driver (Heavy Duty)

    Requirements :

    • Grade 10 /12 with 3 years’ driving experience.
    • A valid code 10 (C) drivers’ licence with valid PDP.
    • Knowledge of relevant Legislation
    • Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS)

    Laundry Worker

    Requirements :

    • Minimum of Grade 10-12 or equivalent (ABET). No experience required. Experience in physical labour will be an added advantage, ability to liaise with all stakeholders.

    Clinical Programme Coordinator: (Social Worker)

    Requirements :

    • Senior Certificate/Grade 12 and Appropriate qualification BA Degree in Social work and registration with the SACSSP and proof of current registration
    • Grade 1: a minimum of 2 years required after registration with SACSSP as Social Worker
    • Grade 2: A minimum of 5 years’ appropriate experience after registration with SACSSP as Social Worker
    • Grade 3: A minimum of 6 years’ appropriate experience after registration with SACSSP as a Social Worker .
    • Grade 4: A minimum of 10 years’ appropriate experience after registration with SACSSP as a Social Worker.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in gender-based violence (GBV), victim empowerment, or human trafficking programs. Experience coordinating with clinical forensic medical services (CFMS), health facilities, law enforcement, and other stakeholders (added advantage).
    • Ability and willingness to perform duties outside of normal hours and away from base of employment when required.
    • A valid driver’s licence (Compulsory). Willingness to give evidence in Courts
    • Computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint); Very Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.

    Duties :

    • Provide oversight for implementation of policy and legislation pertaining to social crime prevention and victim empowerment services, through developmental quality assurance and case audits.
    • Participate in the VEP Forum relating to Social Crime Prevention and Victim Empowerment. Provide oversight and practical support to professionals on the management of trafficking in person.
    • Coordinate educational awareness about Clinical Forensic Medical Services to women, children, older Persons, People with disabilities’ Youth who are victims of crime and violence and programs that eradicates gender-based violence.
    • Assist to manage and utilize resources in accordance with relevant directives and legislation. Conduct and coordinate awareness campaigns on GBV and human trafficking.
    • Train CFMS staff and partners on handling victims of trafficking and GBV using trauma-informed approaches. Strengthen referral systems and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
