    Sales and F&I Administrator

    Attend to client requirements:

    • Conclude all transaction documents, e.g. offer to purchase, invoicing, delivery receipts etc.
    • Completing clerical tasks
    • Compiling, maintaining and updating deal files
    • Communicate consistent brand messaging
    • Upload supporting documents for validations & payouts
    • Submit payouts timeously to the various financial institutions and follow up
    • Filing of concluded deal files electronically and manually
    • Invoice all transactions, DIC, second gross products and goods on internal Dealer Accounting system
    • Ensure final check and dealer internal delivery requirements have been adhered to
    • Establish and maintain good professional and effective relationships with banks, insurance and other providers;
    • Assist in ensuring statutory compliance and that the dealership complies with all requirements as set out by the NCA, FAIS and FICA acts, record keeping & audit requirements
    • Identify and flag risky transactions and communicate these to Compliance

    Qualifications and Experience

    • 3 Years experience in similar role
    • Drivers License
    • Grade 12 Certificate
    • Computer literacy
    • National Credit Act (NCA) Qualification
    • Knowledge about cars is not a must- but will be advantageous to the role

    Service Manager | Ford Diep River

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Drive the achievement of productivity, efficiency and customer service level index goals and objectives.
    • Manage a profitable workshop against budget, including analyzing workshop performance data e.g. productivity of technical staff, labour rates, efficiency of workshop, expense monitoring and control etc.
    • Manage escalated workshop (technical) problems accordingly, including:

    • Manage and improve environmental, health and safety standards.

    Experience Required:

    • A minimum of 10 years’ relevant technical motor industry experience is essential.
    • A minimum of 5 years of relevant workshop management experience in the motor industry.

    Minimum Qualification/s Required:

    • Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent NQF 4 qualification.
    • Relevant OEM service manager certification required.
    • Recognised Motor Trade plus N6 or Technical Diploma (NQF6+), or other relevant industry related qualification (or working towards) – highly desired.
    • Recognised Management Diploma or Certificate – highly desired.
    • Qualified Motor Technician (A-certification) – an advantage.

    Manager: Branch | Auto Pedigree | Cape Town CBD

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • Ensuring that the Branch maximizes gross profit and ensures unit sales, Rand sales and 2nd gross targets are met.
    • Working closely with the F&I Manager to ensure that all financial and insurance requirements are adhered to.

    The responsibilities of a Service Manager include the following tasks:
