- We are looking for a Sambassador in Pretoria, Woodlands to ensure product/service exposure, increased sales, and achievement of targets by representing the company and its services to the trade in-store and growing the customer base within the forecourt.
As a Sambassador, you will be responsible for:
Customer Experience Management
- Manage customer vetting and registration
- Manage rental process
- Gather feedback and suggestions from customers to continuously improve the rental service
- Monitoring and managing inventory including the storing, tracking and maintenance of equipment
Inventory Management

- Identify challenges and corrective actions Customer Satisfaction and Service
- Gather feedback from customer complaints, queries and requests and ensure resolution
- Build and maintain strong working relationships
Requirements
- 2-3 years sales experience in Telecommunication or Electronics

Job Summary:
