Main Purpose of the Role
Manage stakeholder inquiry process relating to, payroll, recruitment, learning and development

Accountabilities :

• Supported functional processes within the HR field

• Completed the knowledge component of the unit standards

• Demonstrated ability to apply the knowledge practically

• Submitted a portfolio of evidence

• Complete and process data information, documents, forms and reports

• Minute HR meetings, file personnel records and Manage costs

• Provide assistance with Payroll

• Provide assistance with Recruitment, IR, Training and Employment Equity

Qualifications/Requirements

• Degree (or Diploma) in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology

• 1-2 yrs experience

• Interpersonal skills

• Relationship building

• Initiative- acts without the direction of others

• Oral Communication- expresses himself/herself effectively through verbal communication

Job Description

• Ensure timous delivery of goods to the customer and good crate control
• Good management of money on routes as per company procedure
• Good understanding of customer service, ability to identify opportunities in the local market
• Basic knowledge of the account reconsiliation process to minimise driver shorts
• Liasing with Route Controller, Sales Representative and the Delivery Assistant

Qualifications/Requirements

• Three years relevant experience
• Grade 12, Code 10 Drivers License and PDP
