Department: People Support

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To provide administrative assistance and support to the Manager and team on all Talent Management Processes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide admin support on all Recruitment & Selection processes, e.g. Career website, posting adverts, shortlisting, telephone & paper screening, vacancy tracking etc
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings and workshops, e.g. accommodation & travelling
• Update Performance Enhancement system and documents
• Update departmental structures, e.g. organograms, job grade changes, job title changes, etc.
• Budget control – process payment of accounts and keep record of cost centre expenses
• Maintain databases and provide reports on the Sales R&S processes
• General Office management, e.g. answering phones, ordering stationery; maintenance of office equipment, minute taking; filing, etc.
• Assist with on-boarding of new employees, e.g. welcome arrangements and related activities
• Adhoc tasks

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

• A post matric qualification in social sciences or HR will be an advantage
• At least 2 years work experience in HR/recruitment administration
• Passion for and interest in Talent Management
• Computer literacy: (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet)
• Personal attributes, Specific skills / behaviour needed: Friendly, Helpful, Takes initiative and is Proactive, Positive can do attitude, Planning & Organising, Communication skills, Empathy, Building and maintaining relationships, Service & Detail orientation, Stress tolerance and Confidence.

DEPARTMENT : People Support (HR)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The incumbent will provide a range of organisational development services to support the implementation of key strategies for creating and sustaining a high performing organisation. The role includes providing advice and support aimed at building organisational cohesion, health and employee satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse company OD needs through client interaction;
• Select and propose a variety of OD interventions to meet clients’ needs;
• Design, develop and facilitate learning material for OD interventions;
• Facilitate Team interventions and Change management initiatives;
• Provide Project management of multiple OD interventions organisation-wide;
• Assist in driving company culture through various interventions.

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in organisational development / social sciences;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in organisational development;
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills;
• Willingness to travel overseas (valid passport);
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends/consequences and create innovative strategies and flexible plans;
• Sound understanding of corporate and commercial principles and processes;
• Experience in e-learning principles will be advantageous;
• Competencies required: Ability to multitask; work under pressure; relationship building; planning, organising and control and sound business acumen.
