    Sales & Marketing Specialist (Low Voltage System)

    Your responsibilities

    • Selling Low Voltage systems to customers, focusing on volume and profitability targets for assigned Product Group, establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships and understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering and aligning to provide a solution
    • Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, preparing sales plans using company tools, performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls
    • Creating added value for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques, communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions)
    • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers, leading customer-facing activities, including LVS pre-qualification, prescription, spec influencing, identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration
    • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting collection and project management activities when needed, preparing offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department, ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions

    Your background

    • At least 10 years of Sales & Marketing experience with direct responsibility of sales and marketing of Low Voltage Systems and products
    • Strong knowledge of low voltage system and Products is must
    • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the execution of commercial plans and strategies
    • Proven track record in designing and deploying marketing strategies and/or leading and closing large sales deals
    • Demonstrated ability for building organizational capabilities and deliver high performance / excellence in marketing and sales
    • Entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills and executive presence
    • Self-driven with networking, collaboration, and intercultural skills.
    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
    • Fluency in English

    Sales Manager - Partner Business (Energy & Process Industries)

    Your responsibilities

    • Achieving / exceeding financial KPI’s – orders, order and revenue gross margins, independent handling of partners with quarterly order targets
    • Effectively implementing the defined channel sales strategy in specified market scope (global/regional/local) in order to improve ABB market penetration and realizing growth aspirations in the assigned channel
    • Executing channel sales strategy and initiatives within the assigned market, achieving both qualitative and quantitative targets for assigned channel in a profitable way: orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity and customer satisfaction
    • Implementing the agreed channel sales strategy and budget, contributing to the identification and achievement of appropriate channels and targets, contributing independently to sales negotiations and negotiating frame agreements
    • Identifying and evaluating channel partners (as per agreed ABB policies and standards including digital and excitation), together with sales director and appointing them, regularly reporting progress against channel strategy, plans and budgets
    • Conducting analyses on channel activity and taking ownership for solving problems, collaborating with marketing and sales teams and executing those activities that require channel/segment partner participation
    • Implementing the planned communication, promotion and training activities in the channel/segment, driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers and other decision makers, critical contributor to the assigned channel sales customer base growth

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
    • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in SSA market – preferable but not mandatory and be open to travel
    • Knowledge in Automation Products and Solutions
    • Preference would be Electrical, Electronics Engineers
    • Fluency in English language is mandatory
