    Project Manager

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
    Must have the following:

    • Project Governance
    • Project Resourcing and revenue Forecasting
    • Project Stakeholder Management
    • Project Risk Management

    Essential Experience

    • 7 years’ experience

    Job Functions

    • Must have managed software solutions deployment projects or similar.
    • Must ensure accurate account of resources on projects.
    • Must have sufficient high-level knowledge of leading industry IT software solutions.
    • Effective task and time management skills
    • Structured reporting.
    • Must be able to compile status update reports.
    • Effectively compile and present reports for management.
    • Will manage all current and upcoming projects.
    • Oversee and account for all projects.
    • Must instil project governance of all projects.
    • Will be responsible for Quality Assurance of all project documentation and all project deliverables
    • Must implement project management processes
    • Must ensure response to customer request or emails within reasonable timelines.
    • Must ensure relationship development and management with all customers.
    • Will be responsible for performance review of resources allocated to a project, for the duration of the project.
    • Ensure all project have drafted budget spend and monthly budget is submitted for approval.
    • Must ensure all projects has risk register and mitigation plans that are updated weekly.
    • Must ensure all project documents are quality assured and up to Afrocentric standards.
    • Will be responsible for knowing and adhering to customer payment schedules.
    • Must ensure achievement of monthly project revenue forecasts

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • Certification in project management or equivalent.
    • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
    • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

    • MS Office(MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project)

    • Must have managed projects where IT software solution were being deployed
    • Must be familiar with government internal processes (e.g PFMA).

    Senior Sales Representative

    Employment Type:

    Qualifications

    • BCom/Diploma/Certification in Sales, IT, or Similar.

    Job Functions:

    • Assist to Develop, improve, and document a sales framework that will be used by the internal and external sales team.
    • Assist to workshop and implement the sales culture to the whole company.
    • Achieve monthly, Quarterly, and annual sales targets set by senior management.
    • Plan weekly sales activities.
    • Report weekly to the sales team and monthly to MANCO on your opportunities.
    • Develop mitigation plans for your quarterly target shortfalls.
    • Assist in managing sales pipeline.
    • Ensure that opportunities don't become stagnant.
    • Ensure the accuracy of the sales pipeline.
    • Quarterly account planning for each region with regional sales representative.
    • Account planning for existing customers.
    • Build and manage relationships with Vendors/OEMs
    • Negotiate pricing/discounts with Vendors/OEMs
    • Assist to plan, budget, and organize for lead generating sales and marketing events.
    • Account Management.
    • Help draft and Review SLAs.
    • Calculate Gross Profit for all your sales opportunities with the assistance of finance.
    • Up-selling and cross-selling on existing customers and new customers.
    • Sales administration.
    • Bids administration
    • Draft proposals, business cases, bid responses, etc.
    • Perform presentations
