    Purpose Statement

    • To design and develop blended learning solutions that enable and enhance performance. This includes formal and informal learning methods such as e-learning, performance support tools, quick reference guides, “how to” guides, coaching guides, observation checklists, training videos, workshops etc.

    Experience

    Specialist: Talent Acquisition (4 Month Fixed Term Contract)

    Purpose Statement

    • To plan and execute the talent acquisition process in accordance with the approved staffing requirements, job profiles, talent reviews, and applicable standards within a dedicated client segment

    • To consult and advise on specialised talent resourcing processes and procedures, and/or related HR processes

    Scrum Master

    Purpose Statement

    To Provide guidance to self-organising feature teams to operate more effectively within the bank by:

    • Ensuring the optimal use / application of Agile practices and tools, and 

    • Driving the continuous improvement and Agile maturity of the feature teams during the facilitation of Agile ceremonies (including sprint planning, stand-up, retrospective and review). 

    Experience

    Minimum:

    • Experience being a Scrum Master for at least 4-5 years

    Cloud Engineer_Pipeline

    PURPOSE STATEMENT

    • To act as a Cloud Engineer in a senior position to build out and maintain resilient, scalable, cost effective and high performing Cloud solutions that will assist Capitec to become the best bank in the world.

    EXPERIENCE
