    Quality Control Supervisor

    POSITION ROLE:

    The incumbent is responsible for managing and providing leadership to the QC analytical Laboratory, which provides testing support in the area of packaging material, raw material, finished bulk and product release testing. The incumbent will also be responsible for online quality/ on-shelf quality programs.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Ensuring that all laboratory personnel use the proper specifications or an associated compendial monograph.
    • Ensure that all quality standards are fully implemented in the labs. Conduct regular assessment against the standard requirements.
    • Distribute work assignments and ensure on time completion and release of raw materials, bulk and third party products.
    • Ensure packaging, raw material, in-process, bulk product, and finished product testing is scheduled efficiently and in support of production scheduling.
    • Ensure that the online quality ratings and assessments are accurately completed and results are shared with the team.
    • Work with operations to close recurring online quality related issues.
    • Ensure that products are released or rejected as appropriate.
    • Anticipate problem areas and resolve issues before they impact compliance, product quality, and availability.
    • Work with management to streamline operations to ensure that the department operates efficiently.
    • Work with the staff for investigating all Out of Specification (OOS) results and properly documenting them.
    • Provide technical support for Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and R&D (as applicable) on questionable batches and results.
    • Provide regular reports to management regarding products presently in the laboratory along with their testing status and planned completion date.
    • Work with peers in developing and implementing laboratory documents (SOPs, Specifications, Protocols, Reports, etc.).
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    • Complies with all policies and standards

    LEVEL OF EDUCATION

    • A bachelor's degree preferably in Chemistry / Microbiology / related fields

    LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE 

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high volume production work or FMCG environment, including 2 - 4 years of First Line Management experience

    Shopper Development Manager - Evergreen

    Job Description

    The role of the Shopper Development Manager is to develop and support the partnership between CP and the customer(s) by helping to align CP and Customer strategies and the development and implementation of shopper-based solutions to drive category growth.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Category Knowledge, Business Challenges & Insights 
    • Deliver Category Knowledge (Be the shopper expert for the customers)
    • Identify insight driven Business Challenges for key customers Joint Category Planning
    • Deliver the Retail Category Development Services to their customers aligned with Category management RM priorities and direction
    • Develop 3 year shopper plan aligned to customer engagement strategy (for priority customers)
    • Develop annual category & shopper plan integrated within Joint Business Planning.
    • Recommend customer differentiation opportunities (with CD)
    • Shopper Program Development & Activation 
    • Activate Shopper programs
    • Refine programs to customer shopper & targeted vehicles
    • Translate insight and business challenges into recommended category strategies & solutions (activation platforms)
    • Deliver regular shopper return on investment reviews for key activities
    • Leverage RE/customer-specific shopper insight & customer analytics to Tailor the 5Ps by RE to the customer(s) formats, considering customer strategies and policies
    • Communicating 5P targets to Operations and monitoring implementation

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment
