    Lotteries Financial Analyst

    Description

    • Analysis of Financial Statement
    • Month end reporting and pack preparation
    • Exchange Control applications for I/Co payments
    • Hedge payments
    • Statutory filings
    • Assist in supporting local Finance team and Finance Manager
    • Address escalated accounting and customer queries
    • Cash Flow Reporting
    • Sox Compliance Reporting

    First Year Goals

    • Preparing and Processing of all journal entries related to the above including accruals
    • Reconciliation of GL accounts in respect of the above
    • Performing all month end processes related to the above
    • Preparation of all reporting and analysis related to the above
    • Preparing analysis of Financial Statement
    • Preparing Cash Flow Reporting
    • Project cost reporting
    • Maintaining the banking relationship
    • Po creation and invoice posting
    • STATS SA reporting
    • Attending Governance and Operation meetings at customer premises

    Required Qualifications

    • Experienced GL Accountant (7-10 years of experience)
    • Tertiary qualification / diploma is desirable
    • Fluent in English and excellent communicator, verbal and written
    • IT literate: SAP, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
    • Able to work overtime as required
    • Quick learner; Flexible; Energetic; Professional Attitude
    • Someone that will take ownership of their responsibilities; is improvement driven and wants to develop in the role and beyond
    • Flexible team player, willing to function as back up for other team members
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity

    Storeman Assitant

    Description

    Objective:

    Receiving, storage, issuing, internal transportation and underlying administrative processing of all goods, in such way the correct materials can be picked efficiently, whilst ensuring a reliable and organized inventory. The inventory and warehouse area should be maintained in accordance with the company quality requirements.

    First Year Goals

    Tasks

    • Receiving of inbound shipments and unloading if required, sign for acceptance or remark accordingly on the inbound freight-notes.
    • Verifying items received by incoming inspection conditions; comparing count/measure of items to purchase order and/or packing-list, whilst any discrepancy should be noted and reported.
    • Ensuring segregation or quarantine of uncontrolled goods or for which a discrepancy was noted and reported, awaiting further processing instructions.
    • Correct and efficient storage of all goods received or returned and related administrative processing ensuring an up to date inventory and location system.
    • Internal transportation of goods to the appropriate location whenever applicable.
    • Timely and adequate processing of material requests, customer demands and order picking.
    • Ensure correct and adequate packaging of all goods for despatch in a way packaging requirements are met and the contents is in compliance with the pick/pack list and delivery note included.
    • Consistent and accurate performance on the cycle count protocols
    • Loading and/or assist with loading of the goods to be safely shipped/transported ensuring any possible risk of transport damage will be prevented.

    Required Qualifications

    • Provide assistance on other departmental tasks whenever required.
    • Good working knowledge of MS office tools is required
    • Advanced level of knowledge required for general gaming industry products,customer service and basic knowledge on transportation requirements
    • MBO level
    • Sharing of knowledge and information on functional level, in order to establish and maintain an efficient and broad logistics workforce.
    • Propose for possible process improvements in order to increase efficiency and services.
    • Excellent communication skills

    • Grade 12

    General

    • Preferred Qualifications -Grade 12

    • Machines and products
    • SAP experience incl relevant SD tools
    • MS office
    • Reading and interpreting regulatory and technical documentation

    • In depth knowledge of general gaming industry and compliance regulations.
    • 5-7 years experience in sales order management
    • Sharing of knowledge and information on functional level, in order to establish and maintain an efficient and broad logistics workforce.
    • Propose and implement possible process improvements in order to increase efficiency and services.
