Purpose of the job

• As a project manager you will be the client’s main point of contact and your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the project to which you are assigned. Working closely with senior management to ensure that the scope and direction of the project is maintained and remains on schedule. Partnership with the client’s project team the senior project manager is responsible for the co-ordination / delivery of agreed Multifonds tasks and deliverables. To this end you will take charge of and lead an assigned pool of multi-skilled Multifonds resources.

Key responsibilities:

• Define the scope of the project;
• Develop a Multifonds delivery schedule, synchronised with the client planning, for the completion of Multifonds tasks and delivery milestones;
• Define and implement a project communications plan; weekly reporting, channels of escalation, centralized project documentation;
• Establish a project communication plan with the client to update stakeholders;
• Ensure that the project follows the Multifonds standard implementation methodology;
• Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations for assigned projects;

What you bring in:

• 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in fund industry;
• Demonstrable project management experience of managing large scale project implementations;
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and structured way;
• Can work on own initiative and adhere to deadlines, flexible and adaptable;
• Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Project management qualification;
• Experience of working for software vendor or managing software vendor.

Purpose of the job

• As a member of the Multifonds Fund Accounting team, you are the main intermediary between the client and the development team based in Bangalore. Under the guidance of the Assistant Manager, you are in charge of providing consultancy to potential, new and existing clients of the Multifonds Fund Accounting software on its modules and features. You train and support the clients, as well as providing functional assistance to the technical team during upgrades and other interventions.

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively supporting the clients on all general requests;
• Understanding clients’ needs and writing specifications ( BRD/FRD process) for the development team to evaluate
• Test the correction of the defect/system enhancements;
• Provide development team with exhaustive test cases on detected defects;
• Review clients Change Requests and assess the priority as well as the nature of it (development request, defect, set up error);
• Document system enhancements;  New release testing; 
• Participate to small project on client site. 

What you bring in:

• University degree in Finance/Accounting or general business;
• 2 -5 years of experience in the finance area, preferably in Fund Accounting;
• Ability to understand and present complex information in a clear and structured way;
• Can work on own initiative and adhere to deadlines, flexible and adaptable;
• Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other language would be an asset;
• Knowledge of the Multifonds TA system would be considered an advantage, however, full system training will be provided
