    Senior Implementation Consultant

    Description
    The Senior Implementation Consultant provides support to help clients coordinate solutions, manage accounts, obtain advice and administer plans. Ensures customer questions and issues are answered correctly and efficiently by documenting and identifying trends in customer service needs. Resolves and oversees customer issues surrounding consulting, information, and software services, solutions and products.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manages and executes the successful implementation of clients into the company platform.
    • Functions performed include project management, requirements definition, system configuration, data for conversion and ongoing processing, and quality assurance.
    • Oversees end-to-end service delivery readiness by ensuring appropriate training, procedures, reporting, documentation and transition plans are in place to deliver high quality ongoing service and meet customer expectations.
    • May support existing clients through the performance of special projects, ongoing quality assurance, and execution of any required system modifications due to changes in requirements.
    • Meets with non-technical team to review issues and help resolve technical implementation issues.
    • Interpret the requirements to determine the best using the appropriate tools.
    • Participates and Initiates process improvements and best practices
    • Ensures project and business implementation, including testing, documentation and instructions as applicable.
    • Mentors team members and subject matter experts
    • Performs root cause analysis, manages and resolves issues in a constantly changing technical environment

    Requirements

    • Minimum Experience: 8+ years
    • Experienced knowledge in systems including ORACLE,SAP, SQL, Microsoft suite
    • Post graduate qualification in information technology
    • Proficient software skills
    • Must be able to work under pressure
    • Works independently with minimal supervision.
    • Experience in the management of projects
    • Coaches and reviews the work of the team.

    Key Account Manager (Technology)

    Description
    As a Key Account Manager at BlueSky, you will be managing the expectations and developing business solutions for our enterprise clients. You will be tasked with creating effective business plans to generate more revenue, increase brand loyalty and improve customer satisfaction

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
    • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
    • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
    • Prepare reports on account status
    • Prepare for all Bi-monthly KAM meeting with clients
    • Schedule Bi-monthly meetings with Key accounts
    • Take minutes of the meetings and distribute to meeting attendees
    • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within vertical
    • Ensure monthly strategic “BlueSky thinking” sessions are scheduled with each key account
    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
    • Achieve revenue targets for the vertical as set out by the Executive team
    • Maintain good working relationships with existing clients to enhance client retention and drive new sales through referrals and references
    • Proposal development for all new business
    • Develop and execute business development initiatives with aggressive targets
    • Identifies/qualifies/develops opportunities across the Telco and Media vertical for selected business solutions
    • Grow, manage and maintain trust and strong business relationships with existing and new key accounts via personal visits, telephone calls, email contact and marketing campaigns with the marketing teams to ensure we are delivering on requirements
    • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the Key Accounts
    • Identify new sales channels and work with the team to tailor products to service new channels
    • Weekly and monthly reporting with clear objectives and goals

    CRM Architect

    Description
    BlueSky has an opportunity for an experienced and certified CRM Architect, who will be responsible for owning and delivering complex cloud based solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Responsible for owning the architecture and design of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom development).
    •  Own reviewing design elements and signing off on the overall technical design.
    •  Ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements and closely monitored by working with the project teams.
    •  Identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches.
    •  Provide level of effort estimates for technical portion solutions
    •  Participate in analysis of business strategies, technologies, and tools needed for enterprise systems and services.
    •  Involved in assigned major projects and initiatives to create end-to-end enterprise architecture including execution architecture, application / development architecture (planning / design / prototype only) and operation architecture.
    •  Develop and maintain enterprise architecture model and standards, including conceptualisation and planning, system design and implementation design.
    •  Conduct system architecture assessments of new and existing infrastructure and software (including open source); develop tactical plans to address short term deficiencies in current infrastructure.
    •  Develop / review technical documents to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance with technology directions.
    •  Interface directly with all stakeholders to analyse and resolve technical issues.

    Requirements

    •  Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Architecture role
    •  Minimum 5 years experience in designing complex, high transaction volume, enterprise-wide business solutions using Salesforce.com tools.
    •  At least 4 years’ experience with Integration technologies
    •  Working knowledge of security concepts such as single sign on and data security
    •  At least 4 years’ experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods
    •  Salesforce Developer and Architect Certifications
    •  BSc in Information Technology or related
    •  Experience in designing and developing software components
    •  Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to clients .
    •  Experience in the following development technologies:  Apex/VF  JAVA  .Net  Ruby  JS  jQuery  Angular.js
    •  Knowledge of options on how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data security.
    •  Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a solution
    • candidate who as a minimum CAA certification.
    •  Proven Salesforce architectural skills and Salesforce design/development experience.
    •  Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiating, decision making, problem solving, presentation and facilitation skills.
    •  Multiple Salesforce Certifications across Admin (Admin/Advanced Admin), Development (App Builder, Platform Developer), Cloud (Sales and Service) and Architecture (Application Architect and/or System Architect).
    •  Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and delegate effectively
    •  Accurate and have good attention to detail
    •  Able to work under pressure and enjoy a fast paced working environment
