    Regional Sales Manager: Emerging Markets - Queensburgh

    Requirements    

    • Degree
    • Experience in working with senior management
    • People management experience  
    • Business English: Fluent
    • Computer literacy (Intermediate)
    • Valid Driver's license (Code 08)
    • Travel off-site/overnight stay

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    Maximise sales & develop the Emerging Markets customer base  

    • Provide input into the development of the Emerging Markets growth strategy
    • Coordinate the execution of the sales plan for Emerging Markets 
    • Ensure implementation of pricing structure for route teams 
    • Manage fixed costs 
    • Facilitate growth of Principal product sales  e.g. increase Kellogg's sales 

    Manage Staff  

    • Train and develop route teams and measure performance 
    • Manage and measure performance 
    • Set route teams sales targets and drive their achievement 
    • Coordinate the effective use of tools and devices 
    • Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication with all 

    Control overtime 

    • Coordinate stakeholder relationships  
    • Solve customer related issues and queries 
    • Ensure sound communication between all supporting departments

    Driver: Clover Cafe

    Requirements    

    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
    • Business English: Fluent
    • Code 08 Driver's license

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    Drive vehicle

    • Uphold and promote the corporate image wherever they are        
    • Complete all relevant driver documentation        
    • Comply to road traffic act (AARTO)        
    • Comply with Clover driver standard procedures        
    • Maintain vehicle housekeeping        
    • Conduct pre and post trip inspections, report deviations, accidents, damage, malfunction.        

    Perform basic/general tasks

    • Complete basic tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures        
    • Handle products as and where applicable        
    • Comply with Health and Safety regulations        
    • Maintain housekeeping standards        
    • Any ad-hoc tasks as required by management
