    • Management of SLA’s aligned to working with marketing agencies.
    • Custodian of the brand including brand positioning and communication.

    Technical Outputs:

    • Identify new opportunities for brand growth.
    • Generate awareness, differentiation and strong brand positioning in the defined markets.
    • Generate marketing material in conjunction with the Design and Video team.
    • Provide digital marketing insights and strategic direction for digital marketing strategy and implementation of campaigns including social media marketing, search engine marketing, paid campaigns, SEO, email campaigns, mobile campaigns etc. in conjunction with the Digital team
    • Monitor the ongoing performance of all websites and oversee the development and content management on various websites and online platforms.
    • Execution of competitor analysis and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns.
    • Develop and manage sponsorship strategies and relationships to ensure brand associations are relevant, meaningful and that ROI is maximised.
    • Manage all events and handovers.
    • Conduct market research and interpret the results, using these to inform strategies and plans. 
    • Work with the Hollywood Marketing Team to ensure brand tone and look is consistent and synergy with the group.
    • Manage Above the Line (ATL), Through the Line (TTL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities across all mediums.
    • Conduct National Road shows and all CSR campaigns (where applicable per market)
    • Remain involved in all that is related to the company’s Corporate Social Investment and Socio-Economic Development and ensure these initiatives are well communicated.
    • To work closely with the Hollywoodbets Marketing Team Leads for Africa and UK, Global Head of Marketing, Head of Digital Marketing and Marketing Managers, as well as other Leaders in the business to develop new initiatives and enhance existing activities.
    • To manage and build relationships with Teams internally, clients and stakeholders in various regions.
    • Budget and expenditure control as well as budget forecasting.
    • Ongoing competitor analysis and reporting and sharing insights with the business to inform key decisions.
    • Drive content for online (website, social and blog).
    • Responsible for providing direction, setting KPI's, conducting performance reviews and leading the Team daily.
    • Understand key marketing performance metrics, automation and analytics tools to provide in-depth market research & definition, forecasts, competitive analysis, campaign results, and customer trends & insights in order to translate results into actionable insights for the Marketing Team and the Business.
    • Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting to the Legal and Compliance Manager on the effective legal and compliance oversight and management of the Hollywood Holdings Group, its Managed Entities, the Winning Form Group and related groups including international entities (e.g. IP Group, BGT Group, etc).

    What You’ll Do For The Brand:

    • Oversight and responsibility for relevant legal documentation across all Groups.
    • Review and advise on key risk areas involved in relevant legal documentation, including, inter alia, supplier credit applications, marketing and promotional contracts, leases, TUV agreements, software supplier agreements, internal agreements, etc.
    • Stay abreast of legislative developments on various legal aspects and communicate impact thereof to the business. These would include POPIA, FICA, AML, and all other relevant legislation impacting the business.
    • Assist with implementation of and assume overall responsibility for ongoing management of contract management system.
    • Assist with implementation of POPI across all Groups, including ongoing reporting and attending various committee meetings.
    • Assist with legal matters in relation to disputes with Gambling Boards, where relevant.
    • Support the CFO and Commercial and Finance Executive with specific projects and reports as and when required.
    • Assist and support the Compliance and Legal Officers and Compliance Manager with all Gambling Board related matters, including the following:
    • Monitor compliance with provincial license conditions.
    • Compile and submit the essential reports to the respective gambling boards, within the reporting timeframes.
    • Applications to the relevant regulatory authorities in respect of new bookmaker licenses, relocations of bookmaker premises and financial acquisitions.
    • Applications to KZN Treasury in respect of lotto’s.
    • Applications for annual renewals to the respective gambling boards.
    • Applications to gambling boards to amend floor plans.
    • Investigate allegations of non-compliance and respond suitably to the regulatory authority.
    • Facilitate new site operator license applications, municipal licensing applications and liquor license applications together with the timeous renewals thereof.
    • Liaise with regulatory authorities on all matters pertaining to licensing, compliance, legislation and regulations.
    • Co-ordinate and facilitate gambling board audits, respond to audit queries and prepare appropriate responses in respect of audit findings.
    • Negotiate, monitor and renew lease agreements.
