Software Engineer (.Net)

If you'd like to work as part of a highly ambitious team of developers who are working on complex fintech systems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This remote-first role would see you collaborating with a team of 7 people, creating new- and updating software systems. You'll be working across the back and front-end as well as working with APIs and databases. The odd visit to the office may be required once a quarter, but is not required every week.

Skills Required

• Strong skills in C# (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Azure and Azure DevOps)
• Exposure to REST and Open API
• Experience with Angular 6.0 or above
• Sound experience with Web design, HTML & CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript
• Good understanding of Domain Driven Design.
• Driven to produce high quality code within committed timelines
• Relevant degree + 6 years' experience or 9 years' experience

NET Software Developer

Working in a small, well-established team you'll be working predominantly remotely with the odd travel to the office or client site.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Development, testing and support of front-end systems
• Development, testing and support of back-end systems
• Development, testing and support of Windows services
• Development, testing and support of Integration services (SOAP Services & API's)
• SQL development
• Documentation of technical requirements and designs
• Talking to users (requirements gathering)
• Liaising with other developers and stakeholders
• Implementing new systems / undertaking system deployments

Skills & Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a .Net Development role or similar
• Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience with Microsoft technologies in development projects (C#, ASP.Net, ASP.NET Core, MVC, SQL)
• Angular 6+ knowledge beneficial
• Html

• JavaScript
• T-SQL
• Back-end & frontend web development
