    Medical Copywriter

    • We are looking for a medical copywriter to join our dynamic Healthworld team. The copywriter will write, edit and proof check copy for a variety of projects for different advertising materials from print to digital. Our content is aimed at a variety of audiences from healthcare professionals to consumers.

    Main Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the team in all stages of the creative process, from brainstorming to conceptual development
    • Ensure content is accurately referenced and compliant with the necessary regulations and guidelines
    • Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences
    • Produce engaging, clearly written materials in a variety of formats, including print, web, interactive content, social media and more
    • Comfortably adapt voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by the company, or target audience at hand
    • Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging

    About You

    • Experienced copywriter with a medical education
    • Proven writing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

    Program Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY

    • Our Program Managers bring value to our clients by passionately and professionally representing the agency on a day-to-day basis. They are the trusted partner and point of contact for junior to mid-level clients partnering with account leadership to deliver operational discipline and delivery excellence, speed to market, resource optimization, and profitability management to their business(es).
    • Program Managers are efficient operators, who demonstrate strong commercial abilities and business and financial acumen. They are organized and accountable program leaders, who are able to build relationships and collaborate with/draw on the expertise of all Ogilvy's capabilities.
    • Program Managers add value by interrogating every appropriate client brief and assignment, and striving to solve our clients larger business problems, not just the immediate request at hand.

    Here are examples of what you'll be doing to support the Agency and Client growth

    • The key day-to-day project contact with mid-level clients, creative teams and other agency partners

    QA Engineer (Software Tester)

    • We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. Products are defined as, but not limited to responsive websites, mailers, banners, apps, digital installations, games.
    • QA engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.
    • The QA engineer role plays an important part in our company's product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and is true to the design and functionality spec.
    • Ultimately, you should monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
    • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
    • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
    • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
    • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

    Director Design and Creative

    • For this role, we are looking for a Director of Design and Creative. Must have 7+ years experience, and at least 3 managing a team.
    • The successful candidate should be a broadly capable project and people manager; they should have excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude when it comes to managing work in the system and supporting the broader Ogilvy PR team.
    • This person needs to be a reliable leader, but also have the requisite technical skills and ability to develop excellent creative design work and to be able to guide and grow the team in this area. Experience and an understanding of below and through the line are essential to this role.
    • The incumbent will be working on all sorts of projects in a highly pressurised environment and should be able to handle and manage medium to large campaigns. Their thinking should include big, multi-media ideas.
    • This person must be able to tell the difference between an idea and an execution an idea being the bigger picture though, and an execution, is a way (perhaps one of many) of bringing that idea to life. The successful candidate needs to be able to assess ideas both strategically and creatively.
    • This person would need an understanding of the digital mediums, banners, social media posts, graphic design, video and animation etc
