    Temp Receptionist

    Job Description

    • The receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical, and administrative support in the company in an effective and efficient manner. 

     

    Outputs and Responsibilities

    • Professionally answer telephone, screen and direct calls
    • Take and relay messages accurately
    • Provide information to callers and resolve queries

    External Sales Consultant

    Job Description

    • The role of the External Account Manager – Evar is to maintain and grow the given Rectron client base and ensure that the sales process is managed from the initial enquiry through to delivery.      You are required to have a full understanding and knowledge of Rectron’s product and solution offering.
    • You are responsible for driving run rate sales and building a managed pipeline with understanding the up and coming project deals Rectron should be involved in.
    • It is important that you understand that you will be the face of Rectron and you will need to represent Rectron in the best way possible, you will also need to drive our “Vision and Mission” statement in your day to day business.
    • The External Account Manager – Evar will manage Rectron’s strategic partner base, the job requires that you form a strong partnership with an Internal Account Manager to drive key strategies and meet Rectron’s overachieving targets.

    The main purpose of this job is to maintain and grow the Rectron client base through promoting and selling Rectron’s product range.

    • Effectively work with established clients and the normal dealer base assigned.
    • Peruse the current sales dealer bases to identify sales opportunities.
    • Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
    • Conduct calls and face to face meetings with customers daily.
    • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
    • Maintain records of all sales leads and / or customer accounts
    • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
    • Sell the company's products or services to customers within your given territory.
    • Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
    • Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand.
    • Follow up / Close leads generated on CRM.
    • Maintain and build trusted, long-term business relationships with clients.
    • Engage closely with customers and ensure their expectations are met according to their requirements including breakdown of quotes and projects given.
    • Ensure the client’s needs are met, with clear understanding and the relevant technical knowledge to match Rectron products.
    • Proactively update and advise clients on new and upcoming Rectron products.
    • Assisting all customers and sales team with queries, quotes and orders.
    • Accurately list new products with key on-line customers based on their defined requirements.
    • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services
    • Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects when required
    • Constant liaising with other members of the sales team and interacting with the technical team.
    • Complete all allocated Product training as when necessary.
    • Efficiently process accurate vendor reports ensuring that deadlines are adhered to and met.

    Education/Qualification

    • Minimum: Matric Qualification, with a degree or diploma 
    • At least 2-3 years Product Specialist experience in IT sales environment specializing in

    Sales Consultant

    Job Description
    The main purpose of the job is to maintain and grow the Rectron client base through promoting and selling the full Rectron product range.

    •  Work with allocated dealer base that is assigned.
    •  Grow this database on a monthly basis in line with target given.
    •  Achieve GP target on set Database
    •  Achieve target spend across customer breadth given.
    •  Assisting all customers with queries, quotes and orders.
    •  Managing dealer base to ensure customers are up to date with specials and promotions
    •  Informing the database of new content uploaded on the reseller portal where relevant
    •  Build good relationships with your clients
    •  Escalate problematic issues to the Sales or Product Managers timeously
    •  Selling key components as required by management or PM
    •  Complete all allocated Product training as necessary
    •  Send all orders timeously through to order processing
    •  Manage Database of Credit availability and highlight problems to accounts department.
    •  Assist with other job related duties as and when required
    •  General admin and upkeep of database
    •  General update and maintenance of all admin and filing
    •  Represent Rectron at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
    •  Attend product training programmes and study and know the relevant product range.

    Business Administration Assistant

    Job Description

    • The main purpose of the job is to support the business division within the branch and company as a whole on an admin level.
    • Assist other regions in ad hoc queries where they may have a shortage of manpower.
    • Assist at reception when either requested to do so by management, due to absenteeism or lunch/tea breaks.
    • Manage all the branch PODs and Invoices as well as scanning into the system.
    • Assist admin and business staff to control the stock ordering and logistics at branch level.
