    Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant

    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all payroll changes received from HR are captured on Sage timeously.
    • Full payroll function from onboarding to off boarding of the employee life cycle on payroll

    Senior Consultant (Cyber Security)

    Purpose & Role:
    Includes contribution to technical insights relevant to client engagements and internal projects.     Director - Strategic Relation Stakeholder Engagement

    Primary Purpose of the Job

    The role requires a strategic approach to building and maintaining strong commercial, multi-year relationships with stakeholders to ensure the company's business strategy objectives are achieved in the medium to long-term.
    The role will exist in a matrix structure with the primary reporting relationship to the Chief Brand Officer and secondary reporting lines to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Markets Officer.

    • Professional Services Foundation: Create an understanding and develop insights into the complex regulatory, reputational, and challenging Audit, Advisory, Tax and Business Services professional services industry.     • Stakeholder Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive and multi-year stakeholder engagement strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives. This includes identifying key stakeholders, conducting stakeholder analysis, and creating plans to engage and influence stakeholders to support the company's business strategy and targets. The commercial purpose is to position BDO with key stakeholders; size the commercial opportunities; guide the business in respect of future RFPs. The strategy should be cost effective; show achievable milestones; and define success measures.
    • Strategic Stakeholders & Insights: Develop a database of strategic stakeholders which are aligned to our Markets (Sector/Service Lines/Regional) strategy and optimise that ecosystem. Develop insights from these stakeholders and ensure they are embedded in the ecosystem to best position BDO to win.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, government entities, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders. This involves proactively engaging with stakeholders through various channels, including meetings, events, workshops, conferences and other relevant platforms, to understand their needs and concerns, address any issues, and ensure ongoing collaboration and support.

    Manager - Independent Review

    Description

    The team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of engagement types, including annual accounting, compilations and Independent Reviews.     Senior People and Culture Business Partner

    Primary Purpose of the Job

    The Senior People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner manages, supports, co-ordinates and administers all P&C functions to internal customers.  She/He also provides consulting, advice, coaching, guidance and direction to leaders, line managers and employees in respect of all people management processes, policies and procedures in order to support the business’s vision, mission and overall objectives
    She/He is also tasked with ensuring alignment between the business operations and P&C practices and objectives as well as with implementing all national P&C projects within the allocated service line.
    This position holds the responsibility and the accountability towards the National Head of People and Culture with the purpose of maximising the strategic implementation and maintenance of People & Culture.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    Build strategic partnerships with the allocated service line and service providers.

    • Work in partnership with business leaders, key stakeholders and P&C colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the business.
    • Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, priorities, and build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes. 
    • Support the implementation of the company’s people plans by pro-actively working with staff and line managers to develop a culture of responsibility and accountability for front line human resources management and embed a performance culture.
