    Refrigeration Fitter

    Description    

    • RCL FOODS is on the lookout for a highly skilled Refrigeration Fitter to join the team at the Rustenburg Processing Plant. RCL FOODS expects that the successful candidate would have excellent technical knowledge, exceptional experience in arc and gas welding and cutting in environments with carton freezers, spiral freezer and conveyor belts as well as hold the relevant qualifications and Trade test.
    • The Refrigeration fitter will report to the Plant Engineer.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Recognised Fitter trade test with at least 3 years’ experience
    • Proven knowledge of and work experience with carton freezers, spiral freezers and conveyor belts
    • Arc, gas welding and gas cutting experience essential
    • Basic workshop equipment experience with lathe, milling machines, etc.
    • Ability to take charge on major mechanical breakdowns with good communication and people skills

    Artisan: Fitter

    Fitter - PMB Feed

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Fitter Trade Test with Feed Milling experience

    • Sugar industry experience will be advantageous

    • Advanced MS Excel is a prerequisite.

    • NPD performance tracking, board reporting and presentation
