    Job Description

    Your Strategic FOCUS AREAS

    Sales

    • Assist with POS, contributing to meeting and exceeding sales targets, specialise in a department through focussed supplier training

    Customer Experience

    • Professionalism, housekeeping, store look and feel, know layout of store to direct customers to products

    Store Disciplines and Productivity

    • Ticketing, effective merchandising as per guidelines

    Risk Management

    • Stock - stock counts and product expiry checks

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12

    • 1+ Years retail sales experience

    • A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors

    • Basic computer literacy

    • Good written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours

    • Basic competency assessment

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12

    • Relevant diploma / short course qualification (Health and wellness modality / Effective selling (retail) / Product specific knowledge)

    • Minimum 3 years retail sales experience (2 years industry specific)

    • Fully computer literate

    • Very good written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours

    • Competency Assessment Achieved

    Job Description

    • Minimum 1 year retail experience would be advantageous
