Job Description
Accountable for assisting the Operations Executive to implement and manage operational best practice including client relationship management. Responsible for ensuring that the Portfolio meets the required budget and assists the Operations Executive in ensuring that operational and account activities are aligned to the Company's strategy and values. Manages the efficiency and effectiveness tactics, service quality, and cost efficiencies and looks to innovate ways of operating within the business.
