    Industrial Data (SAP) Key User

    Purpose of the Job

    • Ensure proper Master Data management system application and process development.
    • Ensure data consistency and reliability for all Industrial ERP master data
    • Train end users, coach & provide support 
    • Measure and monitor system Usage

    Key responsibilities include the following:

    ERP Data quality & material master validation-Material Management 

    • Ensure the creation and maintenance of Material Master Data for the Industrial fields and validate data in alignment with Industrial flows.  
    • Analyze all ERP data inconsistency messages coming from various departments: warehouse, manufacturing, logistics method, industrialization, sourcing and ensure compliance to Internal Financial rules. 
    • Analyze ERP error messages specific to master data quality and implement corrective actions.

    Methods Manager

    Purpose of the Job

    Define and deploy the “metier” methods, tools, process and standards.

    Manage the development of the industrial activities either internal (localisation, extension, deployment) or external (customer, JV) and to promote industrial standards and lean manufacturing.

    Responsibilities:

    Project/Preparation phase:

    • Lead the industrialisation of technical documentation, respecting the Standard Manufacturing Process & Standard Manufacturing Line guidelines: orient & validate the conception while taking into account the industrial constraints of the manufacturing and maintenance sites, in Concurrent Engineering with the design teams.
    • Create the industrial deliverables necessary to downstream activities: Macro-process, Work Instructions, pre-implantation of the workstations, Bill of Material, Task Sequence and/or Standard Operations Sheet, Work Instructions, Method times, definitive Layouts.
    • Build the Industrial ERP data, including the Bill of Material, the Process routings, the Configuration Management data, and the Manufacturing and Service Execution Systems, including data necessary for the MMIS.
    • Elaborate the specification of requirements for the Industrial means necessary to the manufacturing and maintenance, in particular relating to needs relating to Infrastructure, Tools and Capex.
    • Participate to the validation of the production process and manufacturing line, as well as to the validation of the process and workstations for repair and overhauls.
    • Implement the Project Make or Buy strategy in all deliverables.

    Production phase:

    • Ensure S,Q,C,D, and Economic Development targets are reached on the attributed work package, by:
    • active participation to the optimization of the product / process and mastering the spent time
    • Respecting the Industrial Planning milestones (followed by the IMFU)
    • Implementing the Process FMEA and ensuring integration with the Quality Control Plan

    ERP (SAP) Manager - TSSSA

    Purpose of the Job:

    It is to drive the deployment of SAP in the Service Business (TSSSA) and propose local business changes if needed.

    Define and manage the action plan to improve the system usage, propose enhancement, check and animate the process to keep the level of performance of the system at a high level of standard.

    Planning Manager

    TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THE MISSION, SITE PLANNING INCLUDES FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

    • Set up robust planning practices on site, ensuring that all industrial activities have integrated the planning dimension and have assigned representatives to drive the process.
    • Ensure that adequate process and tools are deployed and documented within Alstom.
    • Implement the organisation and ways of working that allow a seamless coordination between different activities, with special articulation for RS, Components and Services.

    Data Analyst

    Responsibilities:

    Technical Support Function

    • Assuresthe technical support to the projects to support turnaround time unblocking commercial service and time-to-repair
    • Propose innovative solutions and implements Services solutions in the maintenance projects.
    • Analyse the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve them.

    Technical Trainer: Painting & Gluing

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Prepares and conducts technical training programs using recognized training techniques and tools.
    • Identifies training needs and certification requirements relevant to the Technical Training Centre.
    • Prepares training material and classroom agenda.
    • Implements and monitors Artisan Development programmes for selected learners (Learnerships, Apprenticeship & ARPL).

    Senior Production Manager (Traction Motors)

    Tasks & Responsibilities:
