    Team Leader :Sales

    Job Description    
    Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Sales department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Sales Team Leader role. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager.The Sales Team Leader will implement and execute L&T strategies in the trade through effective management and coaching of team members (Merchandiser Order Takers) in order to achieve KPI’s
    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    • Use business process knowledge to manage a team
    • Apply data management principles to continuously improve practice
    • Plan and resource to achieve operational excellence
    • Carry out master data handling responsibilities
    • Manage team performance and adherence to SLA requirements
    • Manage relationships within the business and with customers
    • Handle queries and complaints
    • Determine capability needs for the team

    Skills, Experience & Education    
    • Relevant degree or equivalent would be an advantage
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant FMCG experience in a sales/marketing environment
    • Proven track record in an Account Manager role would be an advantage.
    • Valid code 08 driver’s license

    Management Trainee: Fleet

    Job Description    

    •  Executing daily tasks in line with the programme assigned.
    •  Managing various projects in line with programme requirements and timelines.
    •  Attend all relevant meetings and sessions within the Logistics function.
    •  Manage and monitor project requirements in line with the programme outcomes.
    •  Execution of tasks within the Fleet Management Services
    •  Manage the Supplier Management Framework to ensure the effectiveness of the overall framework

    •  A minimum of a Transport/Logistics/Supply Chain degree

    •  SAP/MSD knowledge advantageous
    •  South African Citizen
    •  Valid driver’s licence
    •  Own vehicle
