    BI Business Architect

    Key Purpose

    The Business Intelligence (BI) business architect is responsible for understanding the business and the supporting business processes. The right individual will have exposure in all stages of BI project work (SDLC). The BI business analyst should have a firm grasp of BI information delivery methods (reports, information extracts… ).

    • Work closely and manage BI – Business analysts
    • Analysis and Communication Skills
    • Engage with business and facilitate workshops
    • Programme management
    • Define the BI strategy with senior BI managers
    • Provide support to middle management and senior staff
    • Give input and review architecture (Business and systems)
    • Own and drive implementation of solutions representing the client and their requirements through the full SDLC process
    • Provide business / technical guidance, coaching and mentoring to team members in the areas of required skills and competencies
    • Establish domain specific standards, near/mid-term strategy, and roadmaps
    • Provide technical expertise to assist in level of effort estimates (LOE), technical resource planning and work breakdown structures for proposed and current work to support Project Management
    • Assist the BI Unit in creating the vision for future state technologies and architecture
    • Set short- and long-term milestones for the team members and continuously engage and update their performance development program and provide performance feedback to manager(s)

    Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

    • Engage with business representatives at all levels to understand their objectives and strategy
    • Interact with systems analysts, systems architects and developers to understand data sources and dataflow.
    • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders
    • Own customer requirements end to end, ensure that BI solutions meet business needs
    • Drive delivery of required outputs.
    • Manage overall quality of final outputs delivered to business.
    • Perform high-level impact and gap analysis based on requirement

    • Business Intelligence certifications will be an added advantage

    Access Control Analyst

    Key Purpose

    The Access Control Analyst administers all aspects of Application system access within the business. This includes granting, revoking and periodically auditing access to staff.

    Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

     

    • Grants bulk and individual application access upon receipt of approved documentation

    • Implements appropriate security controls to ensure accurate access is granted

    • Revoke access upon staff exit timeously

    • Conduct monthly review of all staff access within various business units

    • Provide regular reporting on access grants, revoke and review

    • Implement process to streamline access process

    • Manages daily operational activities including queue management of access requests including prioritization, escalation and processing.

    • Resolves user requests and incidents, and support end-user communication on training regarding access management.

    • Assists with the development and publishing of Access policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines based on knowledge of best practices and compliance requirements

    • Aids with coordinating access audits requests and analyzing / extracting data when required

    Business Analyst

    Key Purpose

    Understanding the technical requirements, and through a structured process documenting, validating and translating it into functional specifications that are used by developers to craft a technical solution. Testing and validating the functionality of the technical solution against the technical requirements. Interfacing between the Systems Architect, client (where relevant) and the development team with regards to the technical, business and functional requirements.     Learning Designer And Developer - Talent Pool

    Key Purpose

    To design and develop Training Programmes and Material by applying the ADDIE principles according to high quality standards for all areas of the Health business and to evaluate training cycles and update material when necessary. This involves the process of identifying the skills, knowledge, information and attitude gaps of a targeted audience and creating, selecting or suggesting learning experiences that close this gap, based on instructional theory and best practices from the field.

    Financial Controller

    Key Purpose

    The successful applicant will be responsible for the financial control aspects of various entities including equity investments and will be reporting to the Finance Manager. You will form part of a team to improve and implement control frameworks, process enhancements, value-added reporting and perform the accounting and reporting function for mentioned businesses. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

     

    Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

    1. Month end activities and journals,

    2. Invoicing on SAP

    3. Maintain the P&L for these areas (expense management, including trend and variance analysis)

    5. Control and reconcile inter-company billing
