    Branch Armed Response Manager- Durban Central

    Overall purpose of the job:

    • To lead and manage the armed response team, ensuring rapid response times, excellent client service, operational efficiency, and full compliance. The role supports business growth and customer retention while maintaining cost control.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Senior Certificate or equivalent
    • Post matric qualification in General Management advantageous
    • 3 years’ minimum experience, at Mid-Management level.
    • Grade B PSIRA Certificate (Including Reaction)
    • Valid driver’s license (minimum 2 years.

    Group SHE Officer - Midrand

    Overall, Purpose of the Job:

    • The purpose of the position is to provide leadership and assistance to Management throughout the Group to implement the SHE Management System and drive cultural change, with the objective of minimizing accidents, injuries, and environmental damage through promoting compliance with Statutory, Company and Customer SHE requirements.  Position will be bases at the Midrand Campus.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • 2-5 years’ experience in Environmental Health & Safety Management in Construction and Subcontractor management
    • Diploma / Degree in SHE Management will be an advantage.
    • Related Environmental Health & Safety certificates or equivalent courses completed (i.e. RCAT & Risk management, Environmental Health & Safety Management, etc.)
    • Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet)
    • Skilled in delivering training programs, presentations and development of policies and procedures.
    • Valid Driver’s License.
    • Own reliable transport.
    • Willing to travel when required.

    Main Duties:

    • Drive a culture of “Zero Harm to People and the Environment” across the Group.
    • Build strong working relationships to assist Managers to consistently implement the Company’s SHE Policy and Management System.
    • Provide leadership, mentoring, guidance and development of SHE Team.

    • Coordinate the implementation of occupational rehabilitation and the Injury Management Program of legislative changes and emerging issues and communicate with the business.

    • Collaborate across boundaries internally with SHE professionals, and externally with industry, statutory and professional bodies.
    • Ability to travel as and when required.
    • Attend DOL / DOH audits and investigation.
    • Assist with all SHE matters throughout all three divisions within the Group.

    Tender Cost Analyst

    The above position is vacant at CSA Head Office based in Helderkruin, reporting to the Group Bid Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely cost estimates for tender submissions, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability. The Tenders Administrator will collaborate with various teams within the organization to gather and analyze data, develop pricing strategies, and monitor market trends to secure new business opportunities.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12/Matric.
    • B. Degree/ Diploma Finance/ Costing / Business Administration or any related field will be advantageous.
    • 3-5 Years’ experience in Tenders / Cost Analyst.

    • Review tender files against tender requirements before submission.
    • Review, manage and update the tender pricing template monthly.
    • Assist branches with increase schedules and wage to revenue calculations.
    • Update, manage and report on the annual tender schedule.
    • Ensuring alignment between tender pricing and SAP for successful tenders.
    • Track tender performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of tenders.
    • Use expertise to introduce systems, which enhances the effectiveness of the position and Tender department.
    • Develop pricing models and strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
    • Read and Understand RFQ’S, BOQ’S and all tender Specifications/ Project Specifications
    • Ensuring that quotations/ Tenders are submitted timeously to clients.
    • Preparing and attending presentations – where applicable.
    • Prepare and present cost analysis reports to Senior Management for decision-making purposes.
    • Ensure all tenders are delivered on time, within the scope and requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of pricing data and tender submissions.
