    Warehouse Supervisor (6 Months Maternity Coverage)

    Position Overview:

    • Receiving, storage, issuing, internal transportation and underlying administrative processing of all goods, in such way the correct materials can be picked efficiently, whilst ensuring a reliable and organized inventory. The inventory and warehouse area should be maintained in accordance with the company quality requirements.
    • Start date 01 March 2025 to 31 August 2025, possible earlier starting date
    • Department: Logistics Department
    • Position:   Warehouse Supervisor (6 months maternity coverage) 

    What you'll do:

    • Receiving of inbound shipments and unloading if required, sign for acceptance or remark accordingly on the inbound freight-notes.
    • Verifying items received by incoming inspection conditions; comparing count/measure of items to purchase order and/or packing-list, whilst any discrepancy should be noted and reported.
    • Ensuring segregation or quarantine of uncontrolled goods or for which a discrepancy was noted and reported, awaiting further processing instructions.
    • Correct and efficient storage of all goods received or returned and related administrative processing ensuring an up to date inventory and location system.
    • Internal transportation of goods to the appropriate location whenever applicable.
    • Timely and adequate processing of material requests, customer demands and order picking.
    • Performing cycle counts timely and consistently in accordance with the company policy and requirements.
    • Ensure correct and adequate packaging of all goods for despatch in a way packaging requirements are met and the contents is in compliance with the pick/pack list and delivery note included.
    • Loading and/or assist with loading of the goods to be safely shipped/transported ensuring any possible risk of transport damage will be prevented.
    • Provide assistance on other departmental tasks whenever required.
    • Sign for approval of inbound and outbound freight-notes
    • Maintaining inventory via receiving or issuing and if applicable correction of inventory levels for noted discrepancies.
    • Correct execution of the assigned tasks.
    • Order picking.
    • On sound manner work with and handle the available transport and handling tools.
    • Correct and efficient controlling of the available inventory and related stock administration in alliance with Log Assistant MRP.
    • Report noted discrepancies to the appropriate persons for follow up. 
    • Keeping the warehouse environment and inventory clean and orderly.

    Must Have:

    • License for forklift driver is requirement.
    • Average knowledge of written and spoken English is required
    • Service minded and service attitude is required
    • Limited working knowledge of MS office tools is required
    • Basic level of knowledge required for general manufacturing industry products and advance knowledge on warehousing requirements
    • LBO+ level
    • Propose for possible process improvements
    • Sharing of knowledge and information on functional level, in order to establish an efficient and broad workforce/team.

    Customer Service Coordinator Parts (1 Year Contract)

    Position Overview:

    • Correct and timely processing of parts orders and quotes received from both internal and external customers, from receipt of order until shipment. Provide for contact and communications with customers to assure that customer needs are addressed, and problems are studied and resolved. Generate shipping and commercial invoicing documents, shipping of subsequent orders, maintenance of customer order files and controlling outstanding quotes and orders.
    • Department: Logistics department
    • Position: Customer Service representative
    • Reports to: Logistics Manager

    What you'll do:

    • Processing of and responding to customer inquires, orders and quotes, enter in the database accordingly within the terms and conditions applicable.
    • Monitor and coordinate the progress of quotes and orders whilst ensuring agreed delivery times are met within the terms and conditions.
    • Generating of shipping and invoice paperwork for all orders approved and to be send.
    • Schedule and arrange shipment of subsequent orders, including tracking and tracing and follow up if required
    • Provide shipment information and details to customers upon availability.
    • If applicable keeping control of backorders and expedite in order to deliver in a timely manner, whilst keeping the customers informed.
    • Verify and approve parts freight invoices, where applicable invoice to customers
    • Maintaining and reporting of value contracts in accordance with the terms and conditions
    • Adequate follow up on customers complaints and issues in order to resolve timely and commercially.
    • Accurate and retrievable filing of all customer related documentation and correspondence.
    • Creation and maintenance of part item masters and pricing, for customer orders, in the database in accordance with the company policy.
    • Closely liaise with the staff of the logistics department in order to establish an efficient order control and effective customer service process.
    • Maintenance of customers contact, related information and requirements database (customer profiles)
    • Provide assistance on other departmental tasks whenever required.
    • Generating and sending of quotes and issuing of accepted orders within the company compliance regulations.
    • Providing discounts in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
    • Update and maintenance of customer’s information
    • Correct and timely execution of the assigned tasks
    • Maintain daily contacts with customers for inquires, quotes and orders
    • Maintaining and entering of relevant and required customer information in the database.
    • Adequate and timely follow up on all customer service-related matters, order-processing, shipping and invoicing

     Must Have:

    • Excellent communication skills are required
    • Fluent written and spoken English is required, preferably also other languages
    • Service minded and commercial attitude is required
    • Good working knowledge of MS office tools is required
    • Advanced level of knowledge required for general manufacturing industry products, customer service and basic knowledge on transportation requirements
    • MBO level
