    Driver

    Minimum Requirements

    • Valid Driver’s Licence.
    • Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
    • Proven experience operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Professional command of the English language.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Ability to plan, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
    • Demonstrates integrity and consistently acts in the best interests of the company.
    • Collaborative team player.
    • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Provide outstanding guest service by responding promptly to guest requests and demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain the professional appearance and cleanliness of the Front Office area, in line with company standards.
    • Assist guests during arrival and departure, including handling luggage with care.
    • Safely transport guests and/or company packages to and from specified destinations.
    • Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction and vehicle safety.
    • Operate all assigned vehicles (manual and automatic) responsibly and safely at all times.
    • Stay informed about daily hotel events, VIP and group arrivals, and prepare accordingly.
    • Assist with escorting and rooming guests upon arrival when required.
    • Coordinate with Duty Managers to arrange taxi services for guests.
    • Ensure the secure handling and storage of guest luggage, and issue luggage tags as needed.
    • Learn and use guest names to deliver a personalized service experience.
    • Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns where possible; escalate unresolved issues to Reception.
    • Be familiar with the names, roles, and locations of all members of the Management team.
    • Complete all end-of-shift duties as per company procedures.
    • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

    Chef De Partie (FTC)

    Minimum Requirements

    • Culinary Arts qualification or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant kitchen experience (practical training considered).
    • Experience in hotel or high-end restaurant kitchens preferred.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
    • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
    • Ability to take initiative and solve problems under pressure.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
    • Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Prepare and garnish all food items according to menu specifications, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
    • Manage the pass during service, ensuring timely and accurate dish delivery.
    • Work closely with senior chefs to maintain consistent seasoning, portion control, and visual appeal of dishes.
    • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards are upheld in all kitchen areas.
    • Assist the Sous Chef in maintaining food quality, presentation, and consistency across all sections.
    • Follow recipes and plating guidelines as set out by the Executive and Sous Chefs.
    • Control stock levels, minimize wastage, and support effective food cost management.
    • Participate in daily mise-en-place and preparation of all menu items.
    • Take part in setting up buffets and executing special functions as directed.
    • Plan and assist in menu development and execution with the kitchen team.
    • Monitor inventory and ensure key ingredients are always in adequate supply.
    • Follow and support kitchen policies, procedures, and hygiene protocols.
    • Respond to guest feedback in a professional and timely manner.
    • Foster collaboration and communication within the kitchen brigade.
    • Actively contribute to operational improvements and cost efficiency efforts.

    Revenue Assistant

    Minimum Requirements

    • Experience: 2–3 years in Revenue Management
    • Education: Hospitality diploma or equivalent (preferred)
    • Systems Knowledge: Opera PMS (experience in configuration a plus), MS Word & Excel

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Daily Tasks

    • Analyse daily pickup and loss reports; identify trends and explain variances
    • Review occupancy reports and suggest strategic rate adjustments
    • Support the Sales and Reservations teams with rate-related queries and negotiations
    • Maintain OTA and internal system rate parity and rate accuracy
    • Build and manage rates in Opera PMS
    • Handle and escalate revenue-related queries professionally
    • Respond to daily emails and complete ad-hoc reporting

    Weekly Tasks

    • Prepare revenue and pickup reports for weekly review
    • Compile data and reports for weekly strategy meetings
    • Audit OTA listings to ensure compliance and accuracy
    • Analyse business forecasts and manage block holdings

    Monthly & Annual Tasks

    • Deliver monthly executive summaries and OTA commission reports
    • Contribute to monthly forecasting and performance reviews
    • Participate in annual budgeting and rate contracting processes
    • Update reporting formats and templates for efficiency
