    Sales Governance Analyst-FTC

    Job Description

    • Responsible for estimating accruals using forecasting tools as well as ensuring promo costs are in line with parameters & promo plan
    • Responsible for escalating out of guardrail accruals for ROI (Return in Investment) validation
    • Responsible for validating (in line with control guidelines) Retro invoices/claims from customers & ensuring it is timesouly processed or re-directed to the respective accountable function
    • Responsible for tracking Customer accruals against budgeted T&P retro & Coop
    • Responsible for tracking open Customer Claims (Laserfiche plus CLT/N) in order to provide Commercial and Control Team Members with relevant and timely information for the resolution of claims
    • Responsible for providing relevant and timely information in support of the Commercial Team with respect to Governance Reviews
    • Responsible for ensuring detailed focus on promotional related balance sheet items are up to date, and by providing recommendations on any provision increase/decreases related to promotional & other customer spend
    • Responsible for consolidation and reporting of claim related reports
    • Responsible for reviewing process with the aim of recommending improvements

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bcom/Finance degree, studying towards CIMA preferably
    • 1-5 yrs work experience in finance/planning roles in a CPG / FMCG environment
    • Strong commercial acumen
    • Strong analytical capability
    • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly collaborative working and influencing
    • Good Excel skills and general systems ability
    • Good time management and prioritisation skills

    Human Resources Specialist

    Main Purpose

    • Ensuring HR strategy & key processes are well institutionalized and executed & providing full range of HR services by understanding, responding and proactively acting on insights, expectations, needs and requirements including contractors .
    • Managing every aspect of employee development and relations Serving as an employee champion to ensure that processes and relationships are fair and equitable while utilizing key HR tools & processes to ensure all employees are fully engaged in and committed to the business growth
    • Demonstrating leadership & providing guidance to establish & maintain quality balance with business & developmental agendas of line managers & leaders.
    • Providing coaching and feedback to the managers on execution of HR programs; evaluating effectiveness, reviewing and seeking improvements on the execution of the systems and processes

    Accountabilities

    • Leading business HR Strategy implementation on site
    • Setting and monitoring team/department and objectives (operation key deliverables on the people agenda)
    • Leads and drives for improved employee relations
    • Ensures speedy resolution/close out of matters of discipline, disputes and reported grievances
    • Leads the talent acquisition initiatives in collaboration with CoE team
    • Ensures site management team understanding of the Total Rewards philosophy, objectives and procedures
    • Coaches management on initiatives to drive performance and assists with Performance Review process
    • Jointly (with Site Leader) owns the people planning process (PPP) for the operation
    • Drives compliance with EEA and SDA compliance agenda
    • Proactively (and without fear) identify talent flight risks and possible requirements for leadership/environmental change in order to retain talent
    • Provides counsel and advice to management team and employees

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • B Tech or Degree in Social Sciences/HR Management/Business Management
    • In-depth knowledge in the generalist space of HR, Labour Laws, change management methodologies, and compensation and benefits
    • Ability to write and review policies
    • Report writing skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Data collection and interpretation Computer skills
    • Communication skills
    • Negotiations
