Requirements
A vacancy has arisen for a Sales Consultant selling our Hygiene services in our Pinetown branch in KZN. Preference will be given to suitable applicants in line with the Company Normalisation Policy.
To grow the company portfolio and achieve predetermined sales targets by promoting and selling our products and services by
Matric/ equivalent
2- 5 years sales experience
Valid driver’s licence
Penetrating an allocated sales area and sourcing potential new customers
Contacting existing customers to provide solutions for their current, growing and new needs
Use own initiative to obtain appointments with Tier 2 customers (>R15 000 but <R200 000 annual portfolio value)
Hold face to face visits with a minimum of 6 decision-makers per day
1 x Customer Review per day
Utilise RISE (sales methodology) to understand customer and to shift client around the sales process to decision point
Conduct all necessary surveys
Obtain target in contract sales as a commitment to the business per month
Complete necessary documentation accurately and submit timeously
Tracking all KPI’s and other planning and reporting tools

You would be supporting the Rentokil Pest Control business in the Pinetown Branch within the KZN Region
ROLE SUMMARY (purpose)
This PCO role would suit an applicant that has specialised hands on experience and exposure to fumigation and the use of Sulfuryl Fluoride as well as termite treatments. The Service Technician is responsible for managing the relationship between Rentokil and the prospective client through the delivery of high quality pest control services suitable to the client’s expectation. They are responsible for achieving standards of service quality and productivity as set by the company.
Providing quality pest control/management service
Achieving standards of productivity as set by the company
Retention of existing clients
Complying with the Rentokil Codes of Practice: Rules of conduct.
Compile necessary documentation for client and office after service is completed
Advise client on housekeeping, stacking and proofing requirements
Comply with legislation and regulations
Ensure equipment is maintained and clean at all times
Carry an adequate range of pesticides and equipment, necessary to delivery service
Ensure the company vehicle and image is protected at all times
Ensure the usage of the correct Personal Protective Equipment
Ensure company and client Health & Safety requirements are met
Requirements
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Must be customer focused/orientated
Ability to identify customer needs and solutions
Should display professional attitude
Must be presentable
Requires valid, unendorsed code 08 drivers licence
Highly developed communication skills (Written/Verbal/Non-verbal)
Requires good time management skills to efficiently and effectively perform daily duties
Good physical health
Knowledge of competitors and competitor activity
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Matric or equivalent certificate
2- 5 years experience
Fully qualified (NCPC) or PMA/PCSIB and registered with Department of Agriculture (P-Number)
SKM 201 ( Specialised course)
Fumigation experience
Termite treatments
Sulfuryl Fluoride usage experience is an added advantage

A vacancy has arisen for a Customer Relationship Consultant in our KZN business based in Pinetown Preference will be given to suitable applicants in line with the Company Normalisation Policy.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of the role is to enhance, extend and retain the Company’s/Division’s business through representing the company to existing clients and to achieve predetermined retention targets. Coordination and consolidation of retention feedback from role players in the business.
Achievement or improvement of retention budgets & growth rate
Account Manage a number allocated customers for the region and or division
Maintain complete records of all activities regarding the customer - creating a relevant and historic database
Make every effort to encourage our existing client base to retain our services by building and maintaining professional client relationships
Adherence to Company and Divisional standards in terms of hours of work, minimum performance standards, reporting, completion of relevant documentation, use of company assets and policies
Flag losses/reductions received
Notify Service Planners and Regional Key Accounts Manager of all handovers, liquidations and closures immediately
Weekly reporting of terminations to Regional Key Accounts Manager
Compliance to and use of the CRC retention process flow with the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly responsibilities as confirmed therein.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & CRITICAL EXPERIENCE
Matric
Tertiary Qualification an advantage
Min 5 Years Key Account Management Experience (Non Negotiable)
Minimum 5 Years in field selling experience
Proven existing target VS actual achievement
Minimum 12 months of proven experience in a similar role
Computer literacy – MS Office, Windows, Internet tools Google Suite
Drivers License (code 8)
