MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
The key responsibility of the Automation Analyst will be to own and manage the hub automation strategy,executionand alignment withiOpsstrategy.

Key Responsibilities
Represent E2E SC (excl procurement) in Innovation network management
Custodian of SC Innovation KPIs, responsible for SC Key stakeholder alignment ahead of project gates (FCMM, MOC, SRM. RCDSR, CCBT, Board).
Lead for capacity & sourcing lock strategy for the innovation
Derisk projects for impact in the SC.
Drive for Savings incorporation into Innovation project and balance Cost-benefit scenario planning and sign-off (Trade-off: Time, BW, Stock, Service)
Project Accountability, Ownership and Driving of SC tasks:
Understand and lock capacity and sourcing strategy for the Innovation, including 3P
Confirm which Savings projects can Land with the innovation and build into Scope and GM improvement from the Start.
Secure Innovation capability: Support the Capital Expenditure request process for Innovations with the Cluster Engineering or SUITs and Network Optimisation Analyst..
Ensure the Capex requirements have been shared by Cluster Engineering or SUITs for the use in the business case.
Innovation Planner & Supply planner to confirm order and production lead times to feed into the service level agreements for sourcing confirmation by SKU.
Owns and Updates SC Tasks into the Innovation Project Networks and ensure updates from Supply and Demand Planning, Logistics as well as Factory are factored into the networks until MRG. Also ensure SC tasks are executed on time by driving a high level of accountability.
Represents Go to Market, MSO and SU organizations in Innovations network meetings.
Lead E2E sign off the on ICSA , and ICQA has been signed off by regional Quality team and SU / 3P.
Will ensure quality Innovations by including Technical Risk Assessment for every project. If the TRA recommend a L3 Risk Assessment then drive with SC E2E inputs . Drive regular review of mitigation at alternate PTM’s for New Risks / New impacts to the SC based on project changes.
Get sign off from all SC stakeholders on SC risks taken in project network , such as trials being skipped, or ordering materials earlier than golden rules allow. Drive also for overall project risk to be signed off by CCBT. Keep digital records of Risks and Signoff as part of Governance.
SC Golden Rules are owned by PG Planner and it’s their responsibility to have it signed off by the local SC MSO ahead of LT Gate meetings.
Supply Chain Project owner until MRG. Ensure proper and detailed handover of project happen immediately after Market Ready Gate. Keep digital records on the sharepoint for every handover.
Lead for ZERO Business waste (RM/PM or Asset write-offs). Drive a high level of accountability between supply planning, demand planning and CD with having a robust run down plan earlier than Contract Gate. Feed impacts of Stocks and Waste to BC.
Project Initiator for the NeCo system for Master Data Creation, drive a clear and locked scope.
Liaise with Factory Planner to update on trial requirements in the short to medium term and have those factored into the sourcing calendar.
Schedule Material lead times into the network as per the input from the Factory Planner and ensures orders are placed by Factory Planner / Supply Planner on time.

About the role
The role aims to drive the adoption and continued excellence of data driven marketing practices within Unilever and our partner agencies. This involve planning data led campaigns, owning the process of implementation and optimisation, and ensuring the health of the infrastructure in place to deliver these plans in a seamless, automated way.
This role involves close work with the market teams plus other agencies. There is extensive cross-functional, cross-market working with an extensive range of stakeholders. This role does not have any direct reports: rather, it requires one to manage a large external agency team and to co-work effectively with a wide range of colleagues. A part of the role is also to co-create and share training material and learning that will increase marketers’ capabilities in the changing environment. The role will be South Africa based supporting the Africa Digital Media Manager in delivering world class Data Driven Marketing for the region covering Southern Africa, West Africa and East Africa Media team requirements; South Africa being the main operational market, while supporting the execution and knowledge transfer for Nigeria & Kenya.
Key tasks
Campaign Planning –
Responsible for leading the full funnel media agenda (awareness, engagement and conversion) – Ensure campaign journey developed across key channels per audience sub segment, leveraging past learnings
Identify key audience segments and ensure they are turned into actionable media plans and ensuring integration into holistic channel plans feeding into the Media blueprint
Identify opportunities for data collection (based on brand data strategy), value exchange, 1st party data leverage along the campaign journey per segment
Connecting with measurement team to ensure data loops are being fed back onto plans. Responsible for leading development of AB variant testing plan and agency briefing
Responsible for fostering partnerships with media JBP players to drive data led marketing use cases - explore new partnerships and expand current ones with increased data focus
Campaign deployment and Optimisation
Ensure media plan in flight optimization and drive campaign performance based on agreed KPIs with Agency Partner;
Pinpoint trends in the data from DSPs and analytics suites/dashboards and turn them into optimizations and/or actionable items
Oversee Media agency to deliver following
Execution against 1st pty data and augment with 2nd and 3rd pty data aligned to brand JTBD to execute real time data led marketing
Inflight optimisation of communications plan, dynamic, real time allocation of budgets based on KPIs, including AB testing
Execution of predefined triggers and plan - Deploy MMF / Tentpole activations like Singles day/Black Friday/ market events /tentpoles/planning for agility command centres and drive brand opportunities during these events.
Operations health and excellence
Responsible for media operations and governance around the use and deployment and collection of data by the media teams and agencies
Lead the media tagging process with media agency including naming conventions, accutics process, ensuring creative agencies are briefing the tags in correctly and that the tags are firing in the Data Management Platform.
Oversee Media agency to deliver following
Deploy Data Driven Marketing via digital media channels, with clear KPIs on increased efficiency, better brand safety
Deploy search across the full consumer journey, with increased efficiency and effectiveness across multiple audiences
Responsible for the capture of quality 1st party data, in line with agreed timelines and processes set by Unilever
Create capability/training sessions to upskill brand teams on digital marketing. Scale best practice and learning as part of Agency process
Regional Africa Media projects and execution
Support the Africa Digital Media Manager in driving and execution on the Data Driven Marketing requirements across the markets we serve with the main market being South Africa and the secondary markets being Nigeria and Kenya.
Supporting South Africa with best-in-class strategy and operational excellence that raises the ceiling in setting the regional and global benchmarks.
Support the West Africa and the East Africa Media teams in executing remote Data Driven Marketing campaigns from South Africa, for Nigeria and Kenya ensuring that there is a knowledge transfer that raises the floor in terms of what the markets are doing today.
Ensure that the regional media agencies deliver on the Digital Media Strategies, Digital Mandatories for Unilever, campaign excellence and reporting standards.

Main Job Purpose:
The Purpose of the 3P Operations Assistant is to be responsible for Unilever RPM & FG materials at 3P. This includes SAP maintenance and physical stock accountability.
General Accountabilities:
Stock Capture, reconciliation & movement in SAP
Receipt, capture and move RM/PM received at 3P into SAP
System movements (back flushing) for all raw & packaging material at the end of every production run – drive physical movement and ensure system transfer is done
Receive and process Delivery Notes for payment and update DN details accordingly on system.
Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
Facilitate movement of FG to UL Warehouses- Transport booking and SAP transactions (Printing and sticking of pallet labels)
Daily reporting to reconcile overall stock receipts, dispatch, clearing bins, clearing SIT (confirm and validate)
Assisting 3P with UL invoicing- correct documentation quoted

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

Main Job Purpose:
The Engineering Manager has overall responsibility for engineering projects and maintenance, including utilities, production lines, processing plants, and buildings. The primary objective of the job is to implement improvements contributing to the factory’s PQCDSMI targets, and to effectively maintain all operational and support elements of the sourcing unit. The Engineering Manager manages engineering spares, assets, site services to support manufacturing activities
Key Accountabilities:
Manage the technical / maintenance teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure and Services to the site
Develop, deploy and implement plans to ensure the best utilization of assets in the sites as well as supervise and give guidance on the maintenance of such assets
Lead the Innovation implementation on the site, looking for best alternatives/options of design to manufacturing, following USCC/ category technology selections. Support innovation delivery as part of regional network
Prepare and Manage Capital budget and Capital Expenditure Proposals in coordination with cluster and category requirements
