    Project Coordinator

    • We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage client projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures seamless coordination between suppliers and internal teams, overseeing scheduling, reporting, and communication to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with client requirements.

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Prepare and manage client quotes for installations, relocations, inspections, and reactive services.
    • Coordinate supplier quotations and ensure compliance with Tsebo guidelines.
    • Schedule installations and inspections, plan site access, and allocate work to technicians.
    • Track project progress, maintain registers, and submit reports to clients.
    • Ensure compliance with SHE requirements and maintain accurate project documentation.
    • Engage with suppliers and clients to confirm readiness and provide feedback in meetings.

    Skills and Competencies    

    • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in OnKey, D365, Excel, and CI systems.
    • Excellent communication and relationship management.
    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

    Qualifications    

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination or facilities-related projects.

    Financial Administrator

    • We are seeking a meticulous Financial Admin to manage end-to-end financial administration across multiple projects. This role ensures accurate debtor control, billing, purchase order creation, and compliance with company and client requirements. You will be the financial backbone of project delivery, maintaining audit-ready records and facilitating timely communication between clients, suppliers, and internal finance teams. 

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Manage supplier communication and ensure timely invoice processing in D365.
    • Create and manage purchase orders and client billing schedules.
    • Conduct debtor control and follow up on outstanding payments.
    • Update monthly billing schedules and ensure invoicing deadlines are met.
    • Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with payment terms.
    • Prepare cashflow release documents when early supplier payment is required.

    Skills and Competencies    

    • Strong financial administration and debtor management skills.
    • Proficiency in D365, advanced Excel, and billing systems.
    • Ability to reconcile accounts and manage cashflow requirements.
    • Attention to detail with audit-ready record keeping.
    • Clear and professional communication with clients and suppliers.
    • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple billing schedules and deadlines.

    Qualifications    

    • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (advantageous).
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial administration or debtor control.
    • Strong finance acumen is essential

    • Support Employment Equity and Diversity initiatives.
    • Ensure HR operational excellence, accurate reporting, and adoption of digital HR tools.

    • Strong background in labour-intensive service industries (cleaning, security, hospitality, facilities).
    • Proven expertise in employee relations, CCMA representation, and HR partnering.
    • Experience managing multi-site or distributed workforces.
