    Tooling Technician

    MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    The Tool Technician is responsible for the design and maintenance, specification, follow-up and implementation of the production tools, in line with planning, quality ( including industry standards) and cost targets

    Main Missions are to:

    • Preventative / Process maintenance.
    • Tooling Improvements.
    • Line, process setups.
    • Reactive maintenance (breakdowns).
    • Manufacture new tooling and spares.
    • Maintain housekeeping and safety standards

    Qualities we look for in a Toolmaker – i.e. the proven ability to be proficient in:

    • Reading and interpreting blueprints, design schematics, and CAD drawings
    • Measuring and mark out the design for the tool
    • The operation of all workshop machinery such as drills, lathes, grinders, and milling machines
    • Servicing of all moulds/tools
    • Attending machine breakdowns to identify the root cause and solve the problem
    • Assisting with tool & machine maintenance
    • Monitoring tools used to ensure efficient run rates and identify possible improvements
    • Carry out work according to the required quality and standards and be capable of working to fine tolerances
    • Training and maintaining workplace safety standards
    • Good working knowledge and understanding of pneumatics & hydraulicS
    • Using precision measurement instruments such as micrometers, gauges, and vernier calipers to check the tool’s dimensions

    Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience: The ideal candidate will have/be:

    • Trade Test in Toolmaking
    • 5 years relevevant experience ; automotive experience

    Warehouse Manager

    MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    The role of a Warehouse Manager is the provision of materials  and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services (inbound and outbound); and managing warehouse personell. The main missions of the role are to:

    • Complies with group warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions (Ensure that 13 Mandatory rules are being adhered to; Ensure that 13 HRLG are implemented and adhered to; Manage teams in line with OHP guidelines; Ensure that 7 Inventory basics are implemented and adhered to; Ensure that 7 delivery basics are implemented and adhered to, ICB Standards and FCB standards)
    • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
    • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
    • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
    • Achieves financial objectives by assisting in preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
    • Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    The ideal candidate will have/be:

    • Education : BDegree / Diploma in Planning and Logistics / Inventory & Stores Management

    Knowledge and experience

    • 3-5 years Supervision & management experience in logistics in an industrial environment
    • Good understanding of production planning, material and warehousing
    • Able to build sound relationships with customers
    • Computer skills – above average ability
    • SAP knowledge
    • Languages: Minimum bi-lingual

    Electrician

    The main missions of the role are to:

    The role of the Maintenance Electrician is to Support manufacturing during continuous shift operation on all technical issues, with the primary aim to maintain machine availability.  Candidate will be required to perform breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance inspections, machine condition monitoring, fault analysis and problem solving of process related failures.

    Main Purpose of the job:

    • Attend to breakdowns as quick as possible
    • Do electrical installations

    • N4 in Electrical (Advantageous)
    • Electrician (Trade Test)

    KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:

    • 5 years’ experience in an automotive environment
    • 5 years electrical maintenance experience

    PC&L Supervisor

    MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    • The role of a Warehouse Logistics Supervisor is to manage the internal flow of pieces, from receipt to shipping.

    The main missions of the role are to:

    • Ensure customer delivery: feed and monitor the sequencer, supervise preparation and loading of finished products into trucks, track shipments, communicate all shipment failures, implement customer Misdeliveries per Million (MPM) follow up and contribute to its reduction.
    • Ensure adequate production lines supplies; assure the cleanness and tidiness of stocking areas, ensure feeding of production lines (small train), supervise the unloading of pieces and measure suppliers MPM and manage a warning system in picking zone.
    • Conduct the implementation of logistics basics: booking operations, traceability, labelling, container management, etc.
    • Monitor visual management system: deploy visual First In First Out (FIFO) and install physical alert systems. 
    • Organise equipment and human resources. 
    • Look for productivity gains.
    • Manage, train and coach logistics operators team.

    Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience: The ideal candidate will have/be:

    • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Planning and Logistics / Stores inventory Management.
    • 3-5 years leadership experience in production in a manufacturing environment

    Plant Production Quality Engineer level 2

    MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    The Quality Engineer is responsible for implementing process control programs that will assure production of finished goods that meet or exceed customer-specified requirements. He/she leads continuous improvements by utilizing the appropriate quality tools and provide data analysis.The main missions of the role is to :

    • Conduct multiple projects simultaneously ranging from feasibility phase to post launch quality assessment and throughout production life
    • Facilitate Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) with Engineering in conjunction with advanced quality-planning activities and monitor the status throughout production life
    • Develop, implement and maintain Statistical Process Control techniques
    • Assure compliance of the documented quality system (IATF 16949) and promote consistency throughout the organization
    • Conduct investigations to determine causes of defects, make recommendations for corrective actions
    • Maintain customer complaint log and facilitate and participate in multiple 8D’s and in the corrective action process; and ensure timeous feedback on the customer portals and Faurecia portals.
    • Instruct and train personnel in techniques and use of audit and testing devices
    • Monitor and revise quality documentation as required
    • Visit customers and suppliers when necessary. Acts as a liaison to internal and external customers
    • Review all production methods for compliance to quality standards and for improvement of product and quality standards
    • Perform all responsibilities with IATF 16949 system requirements
    • Maintain customer specific requirements and audits
    • Interrupt the manufacturing or the delivery of products when Quality is not assured.

    Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience: The ideal candidate will have/be:

    • BTECH Quality degree/ equivalent
    • Four (4) years automotive experience
    • Quality Core tools certificates
    • Strong analytical and proven team oriented problem solving-skills required. 
    • Strong customer satisfaction orientation.
    • Excellent computer & Communication Skills
