    Paid Media Team Lead AU (Search)

    KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

    • A minimum of 6+ years experience within the digital industry
    • Experience as a paid media manager for a minimum of 4 years working within paid platforms eg Google Ads, Facebook, DV360 etc.
    • Well-versed in performance marketing, yielding results for client's investments, ie. sales / lead conversion & omni-channel acquisition
    • Experience as a paid strategist beneficial, planning and executing on cross-channel marketing strategies.
    • Desired experience with measurement plans & tracking
    • Illustrate strong relationships with Technology partners; Google, Facebook, Publishers etc.
    • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
    • Strong skill set in navigating teams & where expertise is needed. Identifying issues before they arise and addressing them accordingly
    • Able to operate within grey areas and without clear direction, the OTL should advise what is required
    • Experience in managing high pressure situations & tights deadlines
    • Experience in working within a fast pace global operational team
    • Experience in working directly with clients & commercial teams
    • Clear understanding of digital commercial models and being able to work with commercial teams
    • Ability to think creatively & strategically within the the digital marketing space
    • Ability to identify and support teams, directly or indirectly, to resolve technology / platform problems as well as reporting discrepancies, tracking issues and any other tech related issues which affect campaigns
    • Strong experience in management of digital accounts with a strong focus on digital performance strategies

    TASKS

    • Employ strategic campaign setup across multiple platforms
    • Work closely with consultants, client services and clients to implement media strategies
    • Lead and manage an operational client pod, providing mentorship and growth opportunities
    • Ensure quality control of all strategies implemented within your client pod
    • Collaborate with other Paid Team Leads to ensure alignment within the broader operational team, sharing learnings & understanding market trends
    • Being able to troubleshoot issues and presenting solutions
    • Analyse campaign performance and make recommendations for optimisation across all clients and campaigns with your pod, where required, leading paid media managers in the right direction
    • Ensure all correct revenues and media costs are monitored and reported on
    • Ensure all administration is accurate and up to date
    • Ensure profitability of your team, that they work efficiently at billable rate
    • Succession planning and resourcing into the future.
    • Act as support and a point of contact to provide strategic (or any other) support where needed
    • Joining internal and client meetings
    • Assisting with client strategy and re-strategies
    • Knowledge transfer within your pod, broader ops team and with client services
    • Assisting your pod with reporting discrepancies, tracking issues and testing new features
    • Regular testing of new features within platforms
    • Being able to self train on new platforms and share knowledge within the team
    • Spot testing of pixels / tracking setups
    • Documentation of processes to ensure involved parties are privy to best practice

    Account Director

    KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

    IMPERATIVE

    • 4 -5 years client service experience within a digital media agency / technology consultancy, ideally within the performance environment.
    • 3+ years’ experience within the Digital Marketing environment ( Paid Media experience is preferable).
    • Advanced level of experience managing budgets
    • Advanced level of experience managing teams ensuring they deliver against client’s business objectives meeting the agreed service level agreements requirements
    • Advanced level of experience within Project Management
    • Advanced level of experience in developing digital marketing strategies across various digital platforms

    ADVANTAGE

    • 1+ years of experience Account Director/ Business Unit Director experience.
    • Experience with Google Marketing Platform
    • Knowledge of digital transformation projects
    • Experience on project management tools such as Podio, Jira or Slack
    • CRM experience
    • Mobile / App experience
    • Google certifications that are up to date
    • Intermediate level of experience working on Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive etc.)

    TASKS

    • Cultivate client relationships to drive business goals and identify potential future opportunities (cross-selling, up-selling)
    • Expand clients' strategies across the various different digital channels or Incubeta services based on their business needs resulting in client growth and increased revenue.
    • Develop, manage and implement the client portfolio’s financial plans including forecasting, profitability monitoring, negotiating commercials etc.
    • Translate client needs and provide strategic alignment and guidance to drive client's business goals and objectives which include taking detailed briefs, compiling cost estimates or scope of works, debriefing internal teams.
    • Present solution pitches, media strategies, performance reporting to drive meaningful insight for clients’ needs and their business
    • Drive organisational growth through Client goals by developing and implementing a digital marketing strategies and overall digital transformation roadmap.
    • Oversee the execution of campaigns or projects plans to ensure the client objectives are timeously achieved. Keep leadership team informed of the status of client accounts
    • Promote the Incubeta tools, philosophies and techniques and apply these appropriately to the design, analysis and interpretation of strategies and projects.
    • Prepare and manage Annual, Quarterly and Monthly client billing, forecasts and budgets.
    • Co-create and collaborate with other Departments to ensure that high-quality campaigns and projects are delivered for clients
    • Provide guidance to all internal departments or other parties based on client’s expectations
    • Through close relationships with the clients, continuously develop the strategic direction of each client account and ensure communication of any directional changes to the internal teams
    • Ensure that clients’ accounts are effectively being serviced and that work-flow processes are adhered.
    • Be the first point of contact for clients within the portfolio and manage all communication between clients and Incubeta in an effective, transparent and professional manner. This includes setting up meetings, leading meetings, taking detailed briefs, providing clients with status reports etc.

    Account Manager

    KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

    IMPERATIVE

    • 3 + years Digital Agency experience, or 4 years’ traditional agency experience.
    • Comprehensive understanding of online, including social media, content marketing, search marketing, digital media, and emerging technologies
    • Brilliant multitasker.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Day to day management of the client relationship - Is the initial client ‘go to’ to manage most requests or issues.
    • Managing the day-to-day administration of the client account, including issuing of invoices, project plans, estimates and client contact reports.
    • Attending client briefings and gathering relevant data to support the development of communication strategies and briefs, and constructively sharing client feedback.
    • Disseminating information to the internal client team across account management, delivery, media, consultancy, creative teams etc. using project management tools.
    • Quality assurance of reports, presentations, campaign materials.
    • Project management - collaborating with Delivery Managers to plan, roadmap, and deliver projects, efficiently and effectively. Monitoring project deadlines and budgets, identifying and communicating potential changes that may be required, particularly from an external perspective.
    • Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.
    • Working with the client on new and existing briefs to ensure delivery of efficient and contractually agreed solutions.
    • Organising meetings, including room bookings, catering, technology etc.
    • Management of client expectations in terms of project delivery, particularly in terms of timelines, budgets, requirements and dependencies.
    • Working with partner agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns/strategies
    • Ensuring the completion of all weekly and monthly reporting
    • Present insightful client reports with learnings in Weekly and or Monthly reviews with clients
    • Proactively research industry trends and brand knowledge to increase strategic understanding of client brands
