    Drive Channel Insight for markets:

    Bulk Materials Coordinators - Mossel Bay

    Position Summary

    In this role you will be responsible for stock management as instructed by the Finished Goods or Raw and Pack Materials Coordinators. From you, this position requires working knowledge of warehouse functions, as you will ensure warehouse operations are safe, sanitary, efficient, and cost effective. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure operating and safety standards are being met.

    A day in the life of a Bulk Material Coordinator:

    • Stock Management of finished goods, raw and pack material, Inter factory stock, Rework stock Management and returnable packaging stock management.
    • Pick Stock for outbound deliveries.
    • Pick Stock for issuing to production.
    • Control Chep pallets – ordering and stock counts.
    • Conduct weekly warehouse cycle counts, monthly stock counts and wall to wall stock counts.
    • Seek out opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

    What will make you successful?

    • Matric 
    • 1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or transportation environment
    • Microsoft Suite experience will be advantages.
    • SAP Warehouse Management system experience

    Instrument Technician - Babelegi

    A day in the life of an Instrument Technician:

    • Carries out planned maintenance in allocated sections as instructed by Team Leader.
    • Report all defects found and propose a remedial action.
    • Utilize trade skills in a professional manner, working cleanly, precisely and ensuring others that work with him/her does the same.
    • Complete and sign work sheets after completion of each task daily.
    • Complete the defect list and or check list as instructed by Automation Engineer.
    • Make sure that all instruments are calibrated, and an instrument a calibration system is updated after each calibration.
    • Make sure that all tags related to a particular instrument are displayed clearly and instruments are cleaned and in good order.
    • Attend to breakdowns and or assist Electrical or Mechanical on problem solving where needed.
    • Quick and efficient fault finding, think and perform under pressure. Regular feedback to Automation Engineer.
    • Make quick and healthy decisions based on critical and priority activities.
    • After completion of the repairs, test machine or equipment and communicate.
    • He/she is proactive and prevent breakdowns.

    What will make you successful?

    • N6 Instrumentation with Trade or National Diploma in Instrumentation
    • 2 years working experience in Instrumentation
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
    • Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Attention to detail.
    • Basic PLC programming
    • Understand Nestle QMS; HACCP; NGMP.

    Experienced people manager

    • Experienced and Certified in LEAN Six Sigma methodology.
    • Experience in 3rd Party Management
    • Experience in managing complex projects.
