    Executive Assistant - Cape town

    Job Overview:

    As the Personal Assistant to the Directors, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks for which the two Motify Directors are responsible. The mission for this role is for the Directors to have peace of mind, feel organised, and on top of things both in a personal and professional capacity. Meaning they are fully present with the business, family, and themselves. Any additional a vailable time will be utilised to assist in the admin functions of HR.

    Responsibilities:

    The duties/tasks of the function include but is not limited to:

    • Travel Arrangements.
    • Timesheet and expense report approvals during the Director’s absence.
    • Checking and signing the back-up register for Customers.
    • Check and sign off PO’s once a thorough review has been done (i.e. in budget/ out of budget).
    • Completing documents and writing letters for Director’s signature.
    • Internal IT Admin.
    • Doing research around specific topics.

    Admin around staff at home:

    • Leave
    • Payslips
    • Loan management
    • Loading payment if not on stop order

    Monthly allocation of expenses and upload of invoices to Xero/Quickbooks.

    • Admin (Passport renewals, Booking car service, license renewals, Insurance renewal reminders, Financial Advisor meetings schedule, reminder of school events and themes, birthdays).
    • Submission and management of Discovery Health Claims.
    • Personal company admin – Annual return reminders, Finances reminders.
    • Load kids’ schedule into Cozi at the start of each term.
    • Personal email management.
    • Organisation of household maintenance.
    • Purchasing items when required.

    HR Administrative Responsibilities:

    • Collate the Directors’ signature for medical aid and pension documentation.
    • Submit medical aid and pension documentation to third-party administrators.
    • Put together options and quotations for Business Events.
    • Assist with the planning and logistics of Business Events.
    • Send out communication around review cycles and follow up with team members to ensure that all information is submitted in a timely manner.
    • Collate information and send it through to HR Lead for reporting.
    • Gather quotes and cost approvals.
    • Assist with admin around raising PO’s, submitting invoices and ensuring that third parties are paid based on the agreed timeline.

    Inherent Requirements of the Job:

    • Minimum 10 years’ experience working as a professional assistant.
    • Ability to work with a blank canvas, where processes have not necessarily been designed yet.
    • A passion for organisation and getting things done.
    • A positive can-do attitude.
    • Excitement to use and develop your skillset.

    Senior Business Development Executive

    Job Overview:

    As a Senior Business Development Executive, you are a critical part of the Motify team, ensuring profitable customer centricity is at the heart of everything the company does. You will be part of the management team, with your direct and indirect leadership skills being vital in delivering the company vision of transforming service delivery in the automotive industry through people driven auto tech. Your key focus is a leadership role within the company charged with understanding customer technology needs, through to the creation of product solutions, meeting these. Fundamental to your skillset is the proven ability to create, manage and maintain successful partnerships moving forward with the variety of operations within Motify’s value chain. Central to these partnerships will be several OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) South African operations. You will also be part of the Motify Management Team. The role is Johannesburg based, nationally focused with a global outlook, and provides leadership of the company’s Johannesburg office.

    Responsibilities:

    The duties/tasks of the function include but are not limited to:

    • A result driven senior leadership role fully satisfying its key stakeholders including customers, shareholders, directors, and employees;
    • Overall ownership of an identified set of partner relationships (namely, OEM’s, 3rd parties amongst others) to fulfil the Company’s vision, goals, and objectives;
    • Identifying and scoping scalable product opportunities, opening profitable new revenue streams and territories;
    • Communicating and energising new revenue opportunities and territories within the company’s ecosystem;
    • Top end industry networking to track emerging trends and developments;
    • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business, together with the marketing co-ordinator;
    • Travelling within South Africa and to any other country as required to successfully fulfil the requirements of this role;

    Product Delivery Consultant (Accounts and Vehicles)

    Job Role:
    As PDC you will be responsible for delivering Pinewood technology led solutions to fully satisfy Pinewood DMS’ Customers purchases. Your key focus will be to collaborate closely with Pinewood’s Customer Success Team and Customers to deliver ongoing mutually profitable partnerships.

    • Willingness and ability to comfortably travel to, engage and deliver at customers premises, specifically for live weeks.
