ABOUT THE ROLE:
- As an Operator Drill Rig you will be responsible to safely drill blast holes by means of a Drill Rig.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Perform asset care activities as required to the 282 Drill including accurate and timeous feedback and documentation to all stakeholders;
- Complete prestart inspection checklists for the S2 Drill, tools, other equipment, and work areas. Verify lubrication system. Complete and sign prestart checklist;
- Report problems and make recommendations to Supervisors;
- Report to control room and charge hand on any breakdowns or planned or unplanned standing times;
- Report to the control room the start and end of shift, engine and procession hours and power pack;
- Complete and submit operators report to the control room;
- Repair and report immediate breakdowns;

As the Practice Lead ERP, you will be responsible to lead processes, technology and the performance related to the global SAP ERP landscape at South32.

- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience on maintenance on Atlas Copco 282 Rocket Boomers, 235H Bolters, Epic S2 Boomers & Aard UV;
