    Marketing Manager - Visual Display

    About the job

    • Maximise the marketing impact by developing the product’s intergrated communication strategy and marketing KPI in accordance with the business and product strategy.
    • Promote continued marketing communication by providing consistent goals and marketing direction to support functions (PR, digital, media, etc.)


    • Developing best-in-class product brand strategies and plans that align to brand strategy and business objective, as well as align to key industry trend and product go-to-market.
    • Lead through execution to drive positive brand exposure, reach and deliver on business outcomes.
    • Performance Marketing – results and analysis based marketing that drives results across all channels.


    • Execute ATL, BTL, online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, social media, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness and marketing initiatives. The ability to speak to how these channels work together is very important.
    • Establish effective working relationships with sale, retail, trade marketing, product development and agency leadership to ensure that our products and services are implemented through sales enablement and marketing demand generation programs


    • Responsible for the P&L, advertising, promotion, communication, media, digital, CDM and channel execution of the Mass segment.


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience


    • More than 5 years at Blue Chip Marketing.
    • Multinational/Working on global brand and Marketing experience.

    KPA / MAJOR TASKS     

    Communication strategy setting

    • Participate in the environment analysis of market, competitor and product. Conduct competitor benchmarking required for setting the communication strategy.

    Campaign planning.

    • Participate in the creative concept planning of multi-dimensional campaigns that various consumer touchpoints.

    Brand strategy development

    • Create compelling marketing campaigns using strategies we encourage our clients to use to showcase our abilities to produce results (leads) - our clients use similar strategies to raise funds
    • Articulate product and service offerings, key benefits and messages for use by sales and marketing
    • Create compelling marketing campaigns using strategies we encourage our clients to use to showcase our abilities to produce results (leads) - our clients use similar strategies to raise funds
    • Create content for segment marketing collateral, website/social media, and other initiatives
    • Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events, and conferences.


    • Stays abreast of market trends to drive topics for client webinar and whitepaper strategies
    • Create sales-ready tools, including market-facing presentation content to be used by Sales to highlight benefits of our products services to our clients.
    • Execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance that leverage behavioral interest profiling to drive new client acquisition & sales revenue Project management
    • Responsible for all aspects of projects, including: meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures
    • Establish and articulate project scope, strategy and objectives to internal clients, production team and key leadership
    • Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and execution Market Research and Competitive Intelligence.
    • Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership

    • Skilled in marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touch points, including ATL, BTL, events, website, online communications.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably. Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time –to deliver results on time and under budget. Experience working closely with a sales organization with a strong affinity for sales team success. Previous sales experience is a strong plus.
    • Experienced with CRM/CDM.
