    Sales Representative - Worcester DC Snacks

    Responsibilities

    What we’re looking for:

    • Develop and grow traditional trade route across all categories by achieving revenue and volume targets as per Annual Operating Plan
    • Achievement of revenue and volume target as per Annual Operating Plan
    • Achievement of 100% customer call rate
    • Achieve 90% strike rate
    • Maintain 0.5% stales threshold  rate
    • Obtain new business as per Annual Operating Plan
    • Manage cash and stock
    • Pull, analyse reports to drive continuous improvement on route.
    • Support company cost control through efficient driving of vehicle

    P01 Perfect Store Manager TT - PepsiCo Park CDC Snacks

    What we’re looking for:

    • Drive the execution of the DX Perfect Store agenda in TT to optimize and ensure precision execution in the market across PO1 categories. Develop channel-specific strategies and category blueprints to facilitate the flawless execution of BU commercial plans. Utilize sDNA data analytics to identify growth opportunities and create execution recommendations to increase in-store space, profitability and sales growth. Establish a clear vision and roadmap that promotes cross-functional alignment and insight-driven, fact-based action planning.

    Insight into Action:

    • Develop shopper mindset understanding and in-store behavior insights.
    • Analyze and monitor key Retail Audit data.
    • Provide directional advice and input to forecasts based on launch/promotions and sales performance/KPIs.

    Governance:

    • Support governance forums and connections.
    • Be part of channel governance forums.

    Capability Building:

    • Build BU DX capability through new tools, best practices, playbooks, and workshops.
    • Support the deployment of global DX capability in conjunction with AMESA COE DX team.

    Cross-Functional Coordination, Collaboration and Communication:

    • Support cross-functional stakeholder coordination and planning.
    • Incorporate Brand Plans, NPD timing, GTM Targets, and POS into Perfect Store development.
    • Collaborate with commercial leaders to ensure the integrity of blueprints during execution.
    • Embed customer inputs into BU strategy and initiative development planning.

    Tracking and Execution:

    • Support BU teams in understanding scorecard tracking and ROI of plans.
    • Facilitate course correction and identify performance gaps.
    • Update and share granular tracking and scorecards via KPIs.

    In-Store Execution StandardsRollout and Deployment:

    • Ensure funding is available for assets to support the PS rollout plan
    • Embed execution standards and guidelines across various categories (Integrated Planning, Shopper/Trade Marketing, Field Execution, and Sales & Category Plan planning).
    • Coordinate rollout and deployment of PS by region and city with a timeline.
    • Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in conjunction with relevant stakeholders

    Performance Diagnostics and Growth Opportunities:

    • Utilize dashboards and store-level data to diagnose performance and identify growth opportunities.
    • Support BU teams in understanding scorecard tracking, ROI of plans, and addressing execution issues.

    Perfect Store Process supports

    • Shopper- and Retail Value Offer and Picture of Success (PiCoS) Development
    • Develop planograms, must-sell lists, and rack infrastructure.

    New Channel Exploration and Geographic Expansion:

    • Spearhead numeric expansion and identify opportunities in new channels.
    • Develop plans for frontline sales engagement and operational model design for non-handler conversion.
    • Integrate retail audit and census data for rural expansion and asset tracking.

    Automation and Technology Integration:

    • Utilize AI-centric applications for planogram tracking and success metrics.
    • Cross-check planograms through AI solutions and incorporate them into Perfect Store tracking.

    Qualifications

    What will qualify you for the role:

    • Degree: Business Related
    • Minimum 7-10 years FMCG experience
    • Strong commercial and analytical skills
    • Proficient in working with various data sources to generate insights and highlight sales opportunities
    • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and ability to overcome barriers
    • Experienced in both execution and strategy development
    • Operational experience in the marketplace (e.g., ASM) and ideally head office
    • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with peers and senior management
    • Strong project management skills with a drive for results
    • Proven ability to prioritize, manage complexity, and meet commercial targets
    • Experience in developing/executing in-store strategy (assortment, execution standards, innovation program)
    • Proven experience in implementing new practices and approaches
