    Manager Depot (Fuel)

    Job Specification

    • Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the incumbent will co-ordinate, motivate and supervise the operational activities of the Depot. Be responsible for the distribution of products, ensuring that all customers receive efficient, timeous deliveries of products/goods.

    Minimum Requirements

    • National Diploma (Logistics)
    • 3 years related experience
    • Experience of fuel depot operations and fuel tanker maintenance would be an advantage
    • Computer literacy
    • Valid code EB license
    • The incumbent will be required to work irregular hours, depending on changing fuel supply and demand conditions

    Programmer

    Job Specification

    • Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Information, the incumbent will produce logical and technical specifications from functional specifications and writes the code for small to medium applications.
    • Responsible for designing and configuring new systems and changes to existing systems, in consultation with the Data Architect. Incumbent carries out systems analyses, design, coding, program debugging, system testing, security assessments, performance assessments and user interfaces.

    Minimum Requirements

    • National Diploma (Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent)
    • Certification in Programming related fields may advance your application
    • 4 years related experience
    • QlikView experience is essential

    Manager Workshop and Spares

    Job Specification

    • Reporting to the Operations Manager Mechanisation,  the incumbent would be responsible for planning and organising the workload in the workshop to maximise effective manpower utilisation and cost-effective maintenance to machinery and equipment.  Schedules machinery and equipment maintenance.  Inspects and tests machinery and equipment. Order spares and components needed for maintenance.

    Minimum Requirements

    • National Diploma (Sales & Marketing)
    • 4 years related experience
    • Thorough knowledge of mechanised agriculture and related products (New Holland in particular) will strengthen your application

    Job Specification

    • Reporting to the Manager Retail Store, the incumbent would be responsible for aspects of a retail store, which includes assisting the Manager in overseeing sales, staff, inventory and operational & administrative systems and controls.

    Minimum Requirements

    • NQF 5 Diploma
    • 3 years related experience in retail sales with a proven track record in a supervisory capacity
    • Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency
    • Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge POS systems
