    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
    • National Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical (HVAC) Engineering or related qualification

    Sales Manager

    Requirements

    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree required (sales, marketing or related field)  FAIS complaint KI qualification will be advantageous and a requirement within 6 months of being appointed in the role

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Implement tactics to develop and maximize the MFP network new business while maintaining client relationships (Internal):

    • To manage and grow new business volumes within the respective branch through the allocated agents within the branch, the appointment and vesting of new agents, whether New to the Industry (NTI)or New to Momentum (NTM). (all products)  To manage and grow existing portfolios of clients (cross and upsell) within the respective branch through the allocated agents and ensure a Long-Term persistency of >90% for all products. (all products)

    Qualifications:

    Group Reward Data Analyst

    Requirements

    • 4-5 years’ experience as a data/reporting analyst preferably within a Rewards or HR context.
    • Proven technical skills working with large amounts of data (advantageous)
    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Management and or Statistics or related field. 
    • 3-5 years' experience as a data analyst or related field (essential)

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Data Reporting and Insights

    • Create business processes to identify and report important data points within Group Reward. This will facilitate seamless reporting on standardized reports for Group Reward including Payroll, Department of Labour, Survey houses, and internal stakeholders thus ensuring accurate and timely distribution of management data reports.
    • Utilise data to provide comprehensive reports and insights to management teams, effectively telling the story behind the numbers. These data-driven insights will support strategic decision-making in group reward, helping align reward initiatives with organizational goals and identify areas for investment.
    • Collaborate with Group Reward teams to ascertain data and reporting requirements.
    • Present data and insights in clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualisations.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in reward analytics.
    • Work closely with the wider reward team to continuously improve and optimize initiatives based on data-driven feedback.
    • Assist the Group Reward team with the Annual Remuneration Review data, reporting and analysis.

    Data Analytics

    • Analyse reward data and find patterns, trends, and translate into decision making insights and information.
    • Provide insights to stakeholders on reports, making relevant recommends as appropriate.
    • Identify reports, processes, or models to enhance business performance aligned with Group Reward priorities.

    Data Governance, Quality Assurance and Risk Management

    • Utilise established data governance processes to monitor reward data, safeguarding data integrity, confidentiality and overall data quality for Group Reward.
    • Assess opportunities for enhancing the process of sharing and receiving sensitive reward data within the organisation.
    • Manage and maintain the confidentiality and access to reward data.
    • Collaborate with the People Analytics team to identify and address any data-related risks.
    • Ensure that reward data is collected and reported in compliance with applicable Protection of Personal Information (POPI) regulations and audit requirements.
    • Monitor the accuracy of collected data across all platforms by conducting monthly data audit checks and consulting with relevant business units as and when necessary.
    • Partner, coordinate and capacitate by way of reports to assist with the annual remuneration review.  
    • Create detailed specifications for data sources, data flows, data transformations, data storage and reporting.  
    • Interact and collaborate with Human Capital technical and analytics teams to identify data sources, find data definitions for master and meta data as well as formulate and implement solutions and reporting dashboards.   
    • Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems that could impact reporting and eventually business decisions.  
    • Testing, debugging and reconciliation of data to source data to ensure data integrity.  
    • Participation in designated projects within reward teams.
    • Work together with the People Analytics team to offer suggestions for improving initiatives using data-driven insights.
    • Clearly communicate complex data findings to Group Reward stakeholders, facilitating decision-making based on data.

    Franchise Enablement Manager

    Qualifications

    • Business related qualification e.g. business management, operations management, risk management or related field
    • RE1 and RE5 essential
    • Short-term insurance qualification essential

    Experience

    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in enablement, risk management, or operations within a franchise or multi-unit business environment, with a specific focus on short-term insurance operations.

    Test Analyst Team Lead

    INTERNAL PROCESS

    • Manage, monitor and control the analysis, design, implementation and execution of test cases, test procedures and test suites.
    • Manage the testing schedule and monitor, measure, control and report on the test progress including the quality status and the test results. Adapt test plans as required, based on evolving conditions and business requirements.
    • Analyse the test processes and identify opportunities for test automation to create efficiencies.
    • Manage the delivery of test automation including planning, engaging with developers and training as and when needed.
