    Marketing Specialist

    • A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint a Marketing Specialist
    • The incumbent will drive brand growth and market impact through insight led Go-To-Market strategies and integrated multi-channel campaigns.

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant BCom / BA Marketing degree/Advanced Diploma with marketing / brand management / advertising as majors
    • Honours degree or higher in marketing/branding/advertising is preferable
    • Knowledge in business principles, strategy development and creative communication will be an added advantage

    Experience:

    • Five to eight (5-8) years of Financial Services marketing experience required
    • At least five (5) years consumer/services brand marketing experience, at least two years at Brand Manager level
    • Experience in crafting marketing propositions and understanding of segment strategies
    • Experience in the development and execution of Go-To-Market plans against a multi-channel strategy
    • Experience in partnering with agencies to develop Integrated Marketing Communications activities
    • Understanding of performance marketing and conversation rate optimisation (SEO/SEM, paid social, CRO, lead gen, marketing automation)

    Communications Stakeholder Lead (12 Months Fixed Term)

    • A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint a Communications Stakeholder Lead (12 month fixed term)
    • The incumbent will operationalise and deliver the day-to-day marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement activities required to enhance awareness, visibility and understanding of the Transformation Fund.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (essential)
    • Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field (advantageous)

    Experience:

    • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Marketing and Communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity,
    • Experience in the financial services sector is essential,
    • Proven success in developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and enhance customer engagement,

    • In-depth experience in designing and executing marketing strategies across various channels,
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, Strong ability to develop and deliver innovative marketing solutions,
    • Proficient in budget planning and financial oversight,
    • Deep understanding of marketing tools and techniques to enhance organisation’s visibility, reputation and public profile,
    • Strategic and creative thinker with a flair for brand storytelling and innovation,
    • Experience in representing an organisation at public engagements and industry events, Creative thinker with proven experience of working on diverse and wide-ranging communication strategies including all forms of media, Broad expertise in multi-platform communication strategies, including digital, print and social media, Quick to learn and adopt new platforms and technologies.
    • Strong PR, media relations and content development capability
    • High-quality writing, editing and messaging skills
    • Social media management experience (corporate/government)
    • Stakeholder engagement and event coordination
    • Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with government communication and transformation narratives is advantageous

    Business Analyst

    • The Business Analyst is expected to possess advanced analytical capabilities, a comprehensive understanding of systems, and expertise in optimizing business processes.
    • Responsibilities include documenting and analyzing business processes, contributing to process reengineering initiatives, and ensuring that systems and workflows effectively support the organization's strategic objectives

    Qualifications and Experience:

    Data Engineer

    • The Data Engineer will work closely with both the Head of Data & Analytics and other technical teams to contribute to the design of the firm’s data architecture and long-term data strategy, ensure seamless data integration and secure management of firm-wide data.

    Qualifications and Experienc:

    • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or SQL-based development.
    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
    • Experience with data pipeline frameworks (e.g., Apache Kafka, Airflow).
    • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or similar.
    • Optional: Python scripting for ETL or data manipulation.

    • Exposure to Aderant or iManage advantageous.
